Spacious house in a quiet neighborhood.

The house is modern, spacious and well equipped. Unfortunately it rained all the daysthat we stayed but the yard, deck and pool would be fantastic on warm days. Ian is easy to chat with and responds quickly to messages. Nice neighborhood with groceries and restaurants nearby or a short drive across the river into the City.

4th of July weekend in Montreal

We had a wonderful time ay Yann's house. We were a big group of 14 adults and kids (and a puppy) and the house had enough space for us to gather together for meals and games and retreat to rooms corners when we wanted to. The house was 15-20 minutes from downtown Montreal which ideal for us.. not at the heart of the city but not too far. The pool and bbq grill were perfect for that day when we just decided to stay-in until the afternoon and went to the city at night. The house was well-stocked and we had most everything we needed to cook and sleep comfortably. Yann was a great host, very friendly, responsive and accommodating. We plan to go back to Montreal and will gladly stay in Yann's place again!
