Beautifully updated 2/2 CA bungalow home. Two queen beds and two full bathrooms.

Steps away from NOHO West, Cinemas, Trader Joes and LA Fitness plus many more shops and restaurants. Back porch swings and waterfall makes this a lovely relaxing oasis in the hustle and bustle of North Hollywood. Enjoy the open concept home that is light and bright. Large dining room and table for 8. Parking for 2 cars tandem. Nicely decorated and furnished.

Internet/WIFI Roku and Netflix available.

Close to studios and 170 freeway-I5-101. Perfect location in the Valley. Near Universal Studios NOHO Arts district-Studio City-Valley Village-Burbank.

Very nice! Great host!

The studio we originally reserved was under renovations so we were given the main house. Which worked out great as we needed a kitchen to make a wedding cake and cupcakes for our sons wedding. So plenty of room to do that. Very lovely and comfortable stay. Thanks Margaux for upgrading us and making our stay in LA great! We peeked at the studio and the renovations are looking good. We will return.

Cozy, clean, cute and convenient!!!

We had the privilege of staying in this private guest house in the North Hollywood area. This guest house was so cute, clean and nice. Margeaux the owner of the property was beyond friendly, and had the property all ready for us even before the actual check in time. She was warm, friendly, and super helpful when taking the time to answer any questions we had about the area. Even though the guest house is located in her backyard, we felt we still had good privacy, and the pool was a great treat after a long hike up to the Hollywood sign. Her location was great as we went from San Diego, to downtown LA, to Hollywood and to Ojai and we found it easy to get to each location. We look forward to staying here again in the future!!!
