This was the perfect stay for us. Walk to the beach was easy, and so many food options were well within walking distance. Rooms were comfortable and clean, with a lot of little details to make the stay very convenient. Parking in the garage was really nice, as street parking can get very difficult. Communication was great with the host! Would absolutely recommend this place.

Perfect Location

My wife and I stayed here in October 2026. The location is ideal for a fun beach vacation. Everything is within walking distance - the beach, the pier, a grocery store, restaurants, bars. Couldn't ask for a more convenient location to visit Newport Beach. The two bed apartment had everything we wanted, a small kitchen, stove, microwave, tv and good internet. And it was in the 90s when we visited, so we were extra thankful for the air conditioning! Perfect for couples or a small family. We had a lovely time and would stay again next time we visit Newport Beach. Convenient parking in the alley behind the house but we didn't need to drive much since everything was so close. The rental is stocked with anything we could want for the beach and even came with a complimentary bottle of wine. So amazing!!!

This was a perfect quaint getaway place that was close to the beach and a perfect spot to end our California adventure! Close to grocery stores and shopping and walkable to the beach.

Amazing Stay

Staying at the property was one of the funniest times ever. A great place to continue our yearly summer trips especially growing up down by the beach and just needing the hometown beach fix. Looking forward to next year already!

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful week in this small but adequate unit in Newport. Everything went smoothly all week with easy checkin and checkout. We had plenty of beach towels, chairs, and boogie boards. there were three adults in our party and though the kitchen is compact, we had everything we needed. Three blocks to the beach and three blocks to the grocery store and restaurants was convenient. We had some of our family in the front unit so sharing the front patio with barbecue was easy. We had good neighbors all around. The highlight was the air conditioning. A real added bonus for a beach house and not common. We would stay here again for sure.

We had the best time staying here!! The house was clean and so cute! There was enough room for me and my kids and a few of their friends! The host responded so fast to any questions we had! We would totally stay here again!!

NPB apartment

We love the property, everything was clean, tidy, and stocked with all the basics. Quiet neighborhood with lots of food, shopping and entertainment within walking distance… and just two blocks from the passionate pacific. We checked in later than I anticipated and the host was quick to respond about questions we had. Looking forward to staying here again sometime soon and would definitely recommend.

Loved walkability to groceries, restaurants, beach and area. Had a small family birthday and everyone loved it. My only suggestion would be a large non-stick skillet and better knives. Hope to stay again, great value.

We really enjoyed our stay! The property had a great location that wasn’t far from the beach, grocery store, eating establishments and some other interesting spots. We could easily walk or drive and get to many interesting destinations in the area. The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet at night in March. The place was very clean with the exception of the couch which really either needs to be professionally cleaned or replaced. It smelled and we needed to put blankets on it to tolerate the smell. Definitely a great little place to enjoy the beach!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
