This home has 2 large decks with comfortable patio furniture on each with areas for relaxing, barbecuing, and eating while enjoying the spectacular views. New gas appliances, adorable bathrooms, hardwood floors, and walkways with Catalina tiles will make your stay in Catalina the most memorable vacation you could ever have!(It's absolutely worth every one of the 48 steps up to the property.)
