This is one of our best view properties, and it’s just a few steps to the front street of downtown Avalon! This home has been completely renovated and updated. Located right across from Avalon Harbor, this one bedroom home is the upper half of a duplex. It sleeps 4, with a queen bed in the bedroom, as well as 2 sofa sleepers in the living room. The large deck overlooks Avalon Bay and the harbor. The kitchen is well equipped, and the living room offers comfortable seating and a dining table for indoor dining or game nights. There are 36 steps up to this home, and the view is worth every one of them.
