This beautiful two-story, custom-built Avalon home is just a short block from the beach, shopping, and more. You will find Catalina tile and murals throughout this home, as well as an open great room style main floor, including a custom gourmet kitchen with a center island, granite counter tops, all stainless steel appliances, and a gas chef’s stove. All three bedrooms, with ceiling fans and televisions, are located on the second floor. The first bedroom is the master suite with a Cal King bed and large flat panel TV, opens onto a spacious outside deck with patio furniture and a propane barbecue, fridge and sink for private morning breakfasts or evening dining. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. The third bedroom, an office for the home’s owners, has a double bed. One ¾ bath is located on the main level, a second is located on the second floor, and a third is in the master suite (no bath tub). Just one visit will make this your new favorite Avalon home to return to again and again! 1307 sq. ft. 203D | | | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day). QUIET HOURS: 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. (use of outdoor areas strictly prohibited).

6 adults stayed and the house was great. We loved how close a walk it is to everything! And we loved the balcony upstairs. Definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful home. We had a great time. It is well located. The only thing is we couldn’t find the key to the golf cart which was suppose to come with the rental.

The house is gorgeous (I love the Catalina tile), well-stocked, great location. All logistics (communication, check-in and out, etc.) were easy peasy. My only nit is it needs some window coverings that block out more light. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
Had a great time for 4 nights Thanksgiving week. The property is located really close to town. Super clean house it had 3 bathrooms which is rare in Catalina. Definitely coming back if it’s available next year. Only complaint is the spare beds are a little small for 2 adults. Other than that a great property.
My family was thrilled with the location and property. Easy walk to everything, including the beach front and even VONS. The upper porch was a relaxing chill spot for us all. Charming all around.
This property was beautiful and clean. It is located 10 minute walking distance from the Avalon port. I could literally walk to the pier for fishing too. You can go to Vons in 5-10 minute walk and get to several restaurants and a donut place in a few minutes. Best location ever! I would stay here again definitely.
Our third trip to the NYE Ball and it was the best. The house is perfectly located, especially for Ferry access. Beautiful Catalina tiles all over the house and lovely appointments. We’ll be back!
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well-located property. The proximity to the town and beach could not have been better. Our only complaint is that the listing of features was not accurate. The washing machine had been disconnected and was not available and there was no portable crib for the 2-yearold. Fortunately the property manager quickly delivered a Pack-N-Play.

This is a stunning rental house in a fantastic location in Avalon. The house is spacious, and kitchen and bathrooms are modern and well-equipped. The location is super close to the center of town, but still in a quiet neighborhood.The only reason my rating is 4 instead of 5 stars are two policies that impinged on our enjoyment: First, checkout time was 10 AM, an hour earlier than most rentals. We had to rush to get out the door on time. But to be fair, the house was ready 2-1/2 hours early on check-in day. The biggest issue is that the rental company does not offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. I have stayed in about 10 hotels and rental houses in Avalon; this is the only one that did not offer free luggage storage. We had to store our baggage at Blue Line on the dock, which was inconvenient and added 100 to our bill.But other than those two issues, the stay was fantastic! This is a gorgeous house in a stellar location, a rare find on the island.
Wonderful location and amazing property to stay at. Stayed 4 days over Catalina half marathon weekend. Perfect home with access to all of Avalon within a minute walk.
I stayed here with my two young sons and husband- excellent location. You can walk to any restaurants, childrens parks, beach, vons, etc. The place was easy to check into and fully equipped for all our needs. We would stay again
We really enjoyed our stay! Great location, very clean and well stocked. Loved our location as we just had to take our scuba diving equipment to the Green Pier. Location is very good to beach, restaurants and pier. Only complaint was that pillows on all beds were flat and hard. Need some Marriott pillows!
We had a great time. House was so close to everything! It was clean, great tile, and plenty of supplies. Would recommend to my friends and family. Bright and airy with plenty.
