220 Whittley - Avalon Home. | Beautiful Avalon home nestled in the heart of town within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores and all entertainment. Featuring 2,393 sq. ft. of living space with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and sleeps up to 8 guests. | Built in 1915 (fully remodeled in 2000) and retains all the island charm that Catalina has to offer with a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of cooking space and all the essentials for a large group or family. | This home also features a private balcony with lots of seating for everyone and a propane grill. QUIET HOURS: 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. (use of outdoor areas strictly prohibited).| The closest grocery stores are Vons, Abe's Liquor Store and Vons Express. Nearby coffee shops include Ben's Bakery, Catalina Coffee & Cookie Co and Cafe Metropole. Close to all front street restaurants and nightlife. 220W | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).

Great property. Very clean and organized. We loved all the beach themed decor around the unit. The kirchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook. Beds were very comfortable as well. Our only complaint is that it is on a hill and some of the older folks from our group had a tough time with that.

Great weekend getaway!

Cozy home near the beach. Lots of space and amazing kitchen! Cooked a big breakfast one morning and made steaks on the grill another evening.

Stayed here for the Avalon 50k/50mi race. Rental company was awesome, friendly, super understanding. House was better than the pics, location was great! Would def stay here again.

Great House With Beautiful View

The house has an amazing kitchen and plenty of space for a large group. As with most houses there, it is up a steep hill, but shuttles are available. The cleanliness is acceptable but could use some attention to detail. We would definitely stay again.

This house was great for our family Easter getaway. Plenty of room for 8 of us, amazing kitchen, living area and balcony with the best view! Check in process was easy and everything was super clean. It is located on a hill so the walk up to the house was difficult for some but we all can’t wait to go back!

Had a great vacation stay with plenty of room for whole family. The walk up the hill was worth the spacious room, balcony view and great kitchen facilities. It would help to advertise a child playpen is included in the amenities...it was nice to have but we rented one because it wasn't advertised. Great place to stay overall!

Our stay was fantastic - beautiful house to celebrate a couple of girlfriends special birthdays. Six of us comfortably stayed in this beautiful place. Other than the hill (which was definitely manageable) the location is great to get all around the island. Truly enjoyed our stay at this terrific property.

We stayed 4 nights. The view from patio was the best. Kitchen is well stocked and top of the line appliances. Lots of space for families/couples. TV upstairs and downstairs is great for families with kids. Short walk to downtown area. Up hill walk home but definitely worth the view.

Amazing stay in Avalon

This house is the best! Eight of us stayed for a long wedding weekend. Roomy, well designed, everything we needed was there. We were able to keep our e-bikes in the garage, used the beach chairs and umbrella, beautiful kitchen and awesome deck. So much fun!!

Perfect house for our group!

We loved this home. Very cozy, great kitchen (we cooked most of our meals) and the beds were comfortable. Overall, we highly recommend. Good communication with the property manager. We had a group of 6. It is a bit of a hike of the hill with luggage, but we managed!
