Brand new carriage house with high end finishes throughout. Off-street parking for two cars, level access / entrance, this modern open plan home is bright and comfortable. There's a large bedroom with a king sized bed as well as a pull out sofa for extra sleeping space. There's a modern washroom with black sink and toilet and a large aqua tiled walk-in shower, and gold faucets. The kitchen is fully equipped with chrome appliances and a large dining table for four. There's a deck off the living room for those sunny days with a couple of comfy chairs and a propane BBQ, offering partial ocean views. The house is a 2 minute stroll to the beach, seawall and the centre of town. This is a quiet location in a safe neighbourhood. Air-conditioning, Wifi and Shaw TV.
