The other balcony, which can be accessed from both bedrooms on the second floor, has comfy patio furniture for relaxing and enjoying the views. You will find wood laminate floors on the main floor and carpet in the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a ¾ bath, the second bedroom has twin beds, and a queen sofa sleeper is available in living room on the main floor. A full bath is located at the landing midway up the stairs to the second floor. A total of 1218 sq. ft.
