This fully furnished, well appointed condo has 3-bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms with walk in showers, a large family room with ample seating, and a private back porch where you can find your morning inspiration or reflect upon the day's events as you enjoy the brilliant sunset overlooking the preserve. The kitchen has all new appliances and amenities to prepare a light snack or a large family meal, living/dining area with seating for 6, in-unit laundry and reserved parking space.

Immerse yourself in the salt life of Ponte Vedra with beach views from the front balcony and deeded beach access just steps away. Coastal Elegance Review

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed PVB very much . The condo though had its issues. We found the lanai to be very dirty and in need of repair. The clothes washer is so old it ruined some of our clothes. The main bedroom really should have a king bed. The kitchen was fine but the faucet didn't work ( we had your repair man in but he couldn't fix it). Ditto to the entry key and doors from bedroom and living room. they are old they got stuck and the knobs didn't work. The entrance stairs have a serious bee problem that the association is trying to fix. All in all a condo that is in a great area but needs some repairs.
