We’re currently making improvements to the landscaping—a new irrigation system was recently installed, and we’re working on refreshing the lawn. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We weren’t aware that a previous guest’s pet had caused such a strong odor in the home, and we’ve since had the carpets professionally treated to fully resolve the issue.- We didn’t hear from you about any concerns until after you had already checked out and moved to a hotel, but we’ve since addressed all feedback, including repairing the kitchen drawer, restocking toiletries, and inspecting the lighting and outlets.- We’re committed to keeping our home clean, functional, and guest-ready, and we’ll continue monitoring everything closely to ensure a better experience going forward.Thanks again for sharing your feedback, we truly appreciate it as we work to improve for future guests.
