The property was perfect for my families stay. Not only is the property accurately advertised, it was beyond better than even described. The entire property is fenced in, so its perfect for dogs like ours. And then to top it ot all off, the contact for the property was ao helpful and just made our stay that much better.

We were very pleased with the split floor plan and loved the screened in patio. The kitchen was easy to get meals prepared in. The only small complaint is the yard is covered in sand stickers.

Emerald Coast Visit

The home was very comfortable and was furnished with everything we needed for a month-long stay. We have a small (7 lb.) furbaby and the large fenced-in gated yard gave more room than she needed to explore. Our host was always accessible with any questions we had!

Beach Stay May 2024

We had the absolute best time staying at this property. The host put so many personal touches into welcoming us that we felt right at home from the moment we walked into the door. She had a welcome basket with snacks and a chilled bottle of wine in the fridge awaiting our arrival. She had wooden blocks that you could decorate to leave your mark. We will be back and I can’t wait to look at ours and others that are there. Our host was also very responsive with any questions and gave many great recommendations on places in and around Navarre. If you like to cook, the kitchen was a dream. We got seafood from a market and cooked one of our nights there. We had everything we could have wanted to create a fantastic meal! We, also, had a little hiccup with our own pup at the end of our trip. The care and concern she showed for us meant so much!!! It made being far away from home and dealing with this issue just a little bit easier. I would recommend this property 1000%. Can’t wait for our next stay!

This property went above and beyond my expectations. We had a wide age range staying in the house (4 years old to 76). The house is set up perfectly for more than one family. This house is perfect! The master with a master bath is on one side of the house while the other 2 bedrooms and bathroom are on the other side of the house. My father needed to use his wheelchair at times and the whole house is handicapped accessible whether it's the wheelchair or rollator (wide doorways, walkin showers in both bathrooms with grab bars in one). There is one small step to get up in the house but we were abke to easily maneuver him inside. It's only 10 minutes to the beach. Beach supplies provided too! The house is immaculate, fresh, spotless and up to date. Modern with modern conveniences in each room. Truly feels like you are in your own home. The street is quiet with a 25 mph speed limit so it's quiet and not too busy. The cherry on top is Diana, our host. She is so sweet, courteous and attentive to all our needs. Whenever we had to message her she was quick to respond. This host and house is a gem! Thank you so much for making this family vacation so memorable. Would 100% recommend this house!
