Our twin home situated in a wonderful quiet cul-de-sac will delight you with its features. It is light and bright and welcoming as you enter the spacious living room area. The large updated kitchen with new Bosch appliances and the master suite on the first floor is where you will call home for your stay. There are two bedrooms and an enclosed loft on the second level to welcome family and friends. Our home is located in Carlsbad's "jewel of North County" in the quiet community of Rancho Carrillo. The community features a Swim Center with pool (heated year round), spa, warm -water showers & restrooms, clubhouse and 4 miles of walking trails and is centered by Leo Carrillo Ranch (Rancho De Los Kiotes, on the National Register of Historic Places).

We are a middle aged couple looking for the benefits of nice weather and numerous outdoor activities. We have retired and hope to enjoy the benefits of exercise, travel, going to museums, fine dining, sporting activities and enjoying the family.

Why they chose this property

We purchased our twin home in Carlsbad because of the location to the Pacific beaches, the great golf courses, the activities surrounding the area and the all round great weather. We also have Grandbabies nearby.

What makes this property unique

We are located close to La Costa Country Club, Aviara Country Club, San Marcus Country Club, the Carlsbad beaches and the numerous great restaurants. Del Mar Race Track is also nearby.
