Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that it wasn't as enjoyable for you, & that glamping wasn’t the right fit. Our driveway is manageable when the arrival instructions are followed, and our guests regularly make the journey without difficulty. We also make it clear in our listing and photos that this is a glamping experience, not a hotel, and that the facilities reflect the nature of staying in a dome immersed in the outdoors. Our kitchen facilities and instructions are provided to help guests heat water for washing dishes, and we ask everyone to follow these guidelines. Unfortunately, the kitchen was left dirty after your stay. Similarly, we provide clear instructions on how to stoke the fire and maintain warmth overnight, which our other guests follow successfully. Glamping is about embracing a different kind of accommodation, including the more rustic aspects of the experience. We’re sorry this wasn’t what you were looking for, particularly during colder and wetter weather. We’re fortunate to be almost fully booked throughout the year, across all seasons, and the vast majority of our guests love the unique concept and experience we offer. We encourage future guests to read the listing carefully and familiarise themselves with the instructions before booking, to ensure our domes are the right fit for their expectations.
