Within close proximity to skiing at Breckenridge (20-30 minutes), fishing, white water rafting (45 minutes), hiking, ATV trails, horseback riding and many more outdoor activities. This home is ideal for the adventurer, skier or someone seeking some R&R. Enjoy relaxing on the wrap around porch or in the hot tub, both while enjoying the views surrounding our home. This 3 bedroom home sleeps 8 people with the use of the loft.

This home adequately took care of our party of six. We took advantage of the grill and well equipped kitchen to eat in both nights. Loved the hot tub and the fire pit too. It is close to the highway so you definitely get a little road noise but that also made it more convenient to go hiking and into town.

We had a wonderful 2-week stay. The house was absolutely perfect for us. We had 4 adults and 2 dogs. The house was very clean. We spent many hours on the porch enjoying the views. The hot tub was also a plus! It was well taken care of. The backyard has a small, fenced-in area that was perfect for the dogs. Communication with the owners was always quick and easy. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Cabin near Breck

Cabin was everything they advertised it as. It’s very clean, has everything you need for your stay and beautiful views. Short drive to the mountains make this a great place to stay! Beds are comfortable, check in and out was easy, and I highly recommend. Hot tub was clean and a huge perk to our stay. I would most definitely stay again!

Great house in great location

We stayed for 10 days and enjoyed the house very much. It is in a great location between Alma and Fairplay, and easily accessible to Breck. The house was very comfortable and well apportioned. The hot tub was great after hiking all day, and the master bed was very comfortable. We will stay here again in the future.

Stayed at The Lazy G for the 4th of July with family and friends and it was perfect! Had everything we needed and was more than enough room for everyone. Great vacation home

Overall, we loved the house. It was very well stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. The views of the mountains were second to none and there was plenty of space for our dogs outside. That being said, we heard coyotes howling every night and had a black bear walk right up to the front porch one evening…so cool. I will definitely consider this home again next year.

This is a beautiful, well kept home with beautiful views of three fourteeners. This home has all the luxuries anyone would want in a vacation home. The hot tub was great to use after a day of hiking or horseback riding or riding some four wheelers, all available close. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms and room for more to sleep in the loft. I would highly recommend this property!
