Welcome to Cloud 99! We are 600 feet above sea level. What a view!!

Our dove-tail log cabin is nestled among trees on 10 acres of privacy and quiet with a great view of Navy Channel below. We have a new hot tub, new appliances including a washer and dryer, and a Vizio TV with Roku.

The Queen sized Organic Fawcett Bed will give you perfect sleep. There is Rogers Internet service dedicated to just this cabin.

You also have unlimited access to a 9 hole golf chipping course right on the property. Mayne Island has numerous trails, beaches, and parks to explore. At Dinner Bay Park there is a 9-hole putting green and frisbee golf. Easy access to shops for food and other supplies.

Beginning September 01, 2024 we are transitioning to monthly rentals rather than the minimum 2 night stays. You will be charged a monthly rate whether you are able to use all 27-30 days available in the month. The monthly rate will be $2750. The pet charge will remain the same of $100.00 for your stay.

Cloud 99 guest cottage is fully equipped to make your stay comfortable, like your own home.

Mayne Island is an ideal snow-bird location and a great alternative to heading south with the higher exchange rates.

Cloud 99

Our first trip to Mayne Island. We were looking for a comfortable place to stay with my 84 year old parents and dog. The cabin was perfect. Even though advertised for 2, I took the couch and it was fine for the 3 nights. Modern amenities, peaceful with a gorgeous view. Road incline to property is steep, but both cars were fine. Hosts were tinely with replies and helpful with my questions. Would love to go back someday.

Lovely August Stay

We had a great stay at Cloud 99! The hosts were welcoming and offered great communication before our arrival and during our stay. The cabin was well equipped with everything we needed and more. It was very comfortable and quiet. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, hammock, pitching course and the incredible views! Thanks again!

Relaxing, peaceful escape on Mayne Island

Area was peaceful, relaxing and the cabin was like a home away from home. Loved the area and the priperty, and woners were close by with any needs. Instructions for check in and check out were clear, and we loved our stay.

Amazing views

I stayed at Cloud 99 with a friend’s dog and it was a wonderful stay for both of us. The views on the property are amazing. The owners are communicative and helpful. The place was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful Cloud 99 stay

My partner and I went to Mayne island for our first time. We stayed for 4 days. The cabin was perfect. Everything we needed for the stay was supplied. The bed felt like we were sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom was large and we didn’t miss a tub. We cooked a lot using the kitchen and bbq grill. We even baked. The hosts are really wonderful people and available if needed. The property is on top of a steep hill and single lane so go slow. The hot tub was ready to go and a perfect evening addition to sit and relax under the stars. Definitely have a shower and rinse your suite before going in. Make sure you spend time looking out at the view spot - spectacular!! Maybe island was lovely and the Saturday market is a must see. We hiked at the lighthouse along the water and took photos of the sea lions basking in the sun. Smoke and thyme has the BEST pulled pork sandwich! We would highly recommend staying at cloud 99! We hope to go back again soon.

WOW!!!

We booked in for four nights. The weather was perfect—warm and sunny, with warm evenings. From the beautiful lookout at the cabin, we watched the full moon shine on the water on the night of the spring equinox. The cabin was extraordinary! It was fully equipped for preparing meals; the hot tub for relaxing was a treat. The hosts respected our privacy. Communicated by text.

Absolutely stunning place

My husband and I were so amazed by this property. The view are absolutely incredible, the cabin is squeaky clean, cozy and had anything you might possibly need on your getaway. Shirley and Sherwin are lovely people. We felt totally disconnected from any problems - a perfect secluded place to reconnect with the nature and the beauty of this region.

What a beautiful B&B! Met all our needs and a beautiful view as well. Loved playing 9 on the chipping green and then happy hour on the deck. Private location but not a far drive to get anywhere on the island.

Beautiful cottage and amazing view

My wife and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary and our experience could not have been better. The host checked in briefly when we arrived but then gave us our privacy for the duration of the stay. The cottage is beautiful inside and out and very quiet and peaceful. Amazing to lay in the hammock staring up at the trees or soak with a morning coffee in the hot tub. The viewpoint (about a 1-2 minute walk from the cottage) was stunning; glorious views of the channel with birds soaring below us :) We are very grateful to the hosts for helping us have an amazing anniversary getaway and I would not hesitate to recommend this cottage to anyone looking for somewhere to stay on Mayne Island

Wonderful getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Cloud 99, the cabin was clean, comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. The place was nice and private and the hosts were helpful and responsive when we needed help. Would absolutely go back here again!

Peaceful and Beautiful

It was amazing overall and highly recommend. Very peaceful and beautiful. The only issue is was a ‘pet allowed’ cabin and we got tons of hair all over our clothes every time we sat down. Just need a pet hair removal vacuum and it would be perfect. Overall 9.5/10.
