We had a fantastic stay at the apartment. It was spacious, clean and very well equipped. We loved the balcony views and how close the apartment is to public transport. We also loved how you had beaches, shops, cafes and restaurants all in walking distance. Communication with the owner throughout was very good. We would definitely return.

Good spacious apartment. Lovely views in a quiet, safe feeling location, with well maintained gardens. About 12 minute pleasant walk for amenities, gradually down hill towards the sea and train station.
From the start communication with everyone involved was excellent and check in and check out went very smoothly. The apartment is located in Eden Parc which is very well maintained, safe and quiet. The views from the two balconies are stunning. There are beautiful, well maintained gardens, a very large pool, tennis courts and table tennis tables. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return.
The apartment in Juan Les Pins ( Antibes) is bright and airy with panoramic views of the city, the Mediterranean and the Alps. Great location for walking, taking the train to various surrounding locations or by bus. We enjoyed our stay and found the beaches, old town Antibes, coastal trails and promenades all very accessible and for miles of walking. We were happy to have sunny days away from the snow, cold and cloudy days.
Wonderful place for a vacation, idyllic and beautiful. The apartments have everything you need, great sea view, clean swimming pool and flowers all around. Highly recommend and need to return for the next vacation.

Quelques petites remarques concernant de menus entretiens vont être relevées par le propriétaire. Le petit manque de "chaleur" et "convivialité" va également être amélioré.Ceci dit, nous vous le recommandons. Bien situé entre Antibes et Juan, la vue est magnifique, le Parc magnifique également, au calme, conforme à l'annonce, proche de toutes commodités.Profitez de ces bons moments sur la côte d'Azur !

The apartment is spacious and clean and the owner Patrick was very helpful and lovely to deal with.
We asked if there were fans and he bought one and it was in the apartment when we arrived!
We had issues with our flight being moved and he was really accommodating.
Everything felt easy to get to.
The beaches are close by.
The buses and train station are only 10 min walk away.
The pool is lovely and clean and warm and the tennis courts and ping pong tables were a massive bonus
I would definitely come back to this place!
This is a beautiful apartment with fabulous sea views and views of the pool and garden. The apartment is spacious and the kitchen well equipped. Plenty of room for a family of 4. We arrived out of season before the pool heating was on from the 6th April, however it was a refreshing dip and the pool is clean and very well presented. The games room on the premises was used. We walked to Antibes on many occasions to use the restaurants and train station and the walk into Juans Les Pins was right on the doorstep through the grounds of Eden Parc. A lovely short out of season stay. Would come again. Contacting the key holder at the end of stay was difficult - we had a train to catch so could not hang around - but all turned out fine.
Supertolle Aussicht, geräumiges Appartement in toller Lage
Die Aussicht ist beeindruckend und viel schöner als auf den Fotos zu sehen. Es gibt zwei große Balkone. Die Wohnung ist angenehm kühl und komfortabel. Uns gefiel die Kombination aus Aussicht, Geräumigkeit (2 Bäder), Park, Swimmingpool, gute Gehentfernung zum Strand und zur Altstadt gut. Sehr praktisch auch die Garage. Patrick und Akexandra waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bettwäsche und Handtücher konnten wir vorab bestellen und wir bekamen einen dritten Schlüssel, der für uns sehr praktisch war. Insgesamt haben wir in diesem schönen Appartement eine gute Zeit in Antibes verlebt. Vielen Dank, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten trotz kleinerer Mängel der Wohnung ( veraltete Bäder und wenig Stauraum ) eine tolle Zeit in Antibes. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und der fantastische Blick vom Balkon entschädigt, dass die Wohnung keine Klimaanlage hat und das meiste Mobiliar etwas verwohnt ist. Es war jedoch alles super sauber und aussergewôhnlich viele Haushaltsgegenstände vorhanden. Einzig der Wäschetrockner auf dem Balkon war sehr klein und teilweise defekt. Patrick als Vermieter war sehr freundlich, hat jedoch oft auf Alexandra verwiesen, die auf Anfragen so gut wie nie reagiert hat und wir letzten Endes doch wieder Kontakt zu Patrick suchen mussten. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!
clean and functional apartment with great sea view
We were a family of 4 with 2 kids aged 11 and 14, plus grand-parents. The apartment was big enough to accommodate all of us without any issues. As described in the site one of the room with a convertible sofa was adjacent to the living room without separating door. This was not a problem for us.
There was only one parking place in the garage, so we had to park the other car outside the residence in the street. Parking was free if charge, but not many free spots. In high season it might be difficult to find a place to park.
The residence is very clean with lots of beautiful trees and flowers. The swimming pool is cleaned daily and is very large and deep. Also available a pool for the children.
Communication with the host was easier and quick.
Location is great close to the beach and to the train station. The best part is definitely the sea view over the Juan les Pins bay and the islands of Lerins!

Schöner Urlaub, aber Wohnung mit Makeln
Das viele Positive: Die Wohnanlage Eden Park ist wunderschön - eine abgeschlossene, gepflegte, grüne Wohlfühloase mit tollem Pool. Von den zwei großen Balkonen hat man eine herrliche Sicht aufs Meer - einfach traumhaft! Wir haben jede Mahlzeiten dort genossen und konnten herrlich entspannen. Wir hatten eine herrliche Zeit und haben viele Ausflüge in die wunderschöne Gegend unternommen. Der nächste Strand ist ca. 800 Meter entfernt, wir sind aber mit dem Auto zum Picassostrand gefahren, da der Parkplatz (hohe Gebühren) gleich daneben ermöglicht, auch Strandmuschel, Sonnenschirme usw. nicht weit tragen zu müssen. Nun aber leider auch negative Punkte: Die Wohnung könnte sehr, sehr schön sein, ist aber leider verwohnt und renovierungsbedürftig. Wir waren letztes Jahr schon einmal da und akzeptierten die alten Möbel auf Grund der großen Sauberkeit noch als respektabel ein. Leider wurde seit dem (außer ein neuer Tisch auf dem Balkon) absolut nichts getan und der Zustand hat sich sehr verschlechtert, z.B. Duschvorhänge verschmutzt und voller Schimmelflecken, in der Küche alte Geräte,Geschirr und Töpfe mit deutlichen Gebrauchsspuren, in den wenigen Schränken überall allerlei Krims-Krams (z.B. im Küchenschrank eine benutzte Zahnbürste!!!) . Das Schlimmste aber ist das Sofa im Wohnzimmer - voller Flecken und das Polster aufgerissen! Sorry, aber bei diesem Zustand würden wir die Wohnung nicht noch einmal buchen. Sehr schade!
Wir hatten einen super Urlaub in diesem Appartement. Schöne und ruhige Anlage, super Aussicht von beiden Balkonen! Sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattete Küche.Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer und die Übergabe der Wohnung verliefen sehr angenehm und reibungslos. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen! Vielen Dank!
Den ligger meget højt og det er dejligt for udsigt men man må mange, mange gange tage en lidt strabadserende tur fra byen op til den øverste bygning. Vi havde ikke bil - men kender de ekstremt små parkeringspladser i komplekset.
Et ekstremt velplejet område.
Lejligheden er fin og veludstyret - dog mangler der hynder og lidt udstyr til stranden.
