This condo was updated, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The beach was steps away and we were able to ride our bikes to the boardwalk and downtown shops. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and sitting outside on the balcony.

The condo was exactly what was described, very neat, clean, newly renovated, ocean front and conveniently near all the restaurants and shops. Wonderful time and experience.

We had such a great time at this location for our family vacation this year! The pool, the beach and the quiet street all helped to make this a relaxing and enjoyable week.It's mentioned in several other reviews, but the only slight downside is that this is on the third floor and requires a lot of stairs. Totally fine when coming and going throughout the week, but definitely presented some challenges when it came to loading and unloading. Overall though, we would definitely come back to this property again! Would recommend.

Fun time in Duck

The property was super clean and well maintained and equipped. It's on the top floor of the condo units, so be aware there are 40 steps to climb - we looked at this as exercise but could be an issue for others. 10/10 week!

The location was super with easy access to beach and on a quiet street. The balcony was great and balcony furniture seemed like it was newer. The balconies and walkways were all new looking. We enjoyed sitting outside at night. The inside furniture was not on the newer side. The unit seemed clean with the exception of the floors. Be prepared to walk up three flights of steps to the unit. We looked at it as good exercise! Overall, we had a great stay in Duck.

Although there were a few minor issues with things not being clean upon check-in, the overall property and stay were great. The location was excellent - so close to the beach and within walking distance of Duck. The property was the perfect size for us and very comfortable and updated. Great choice overall - we would return!
