We’re very disappointed by this review, as it is misleading and does not reflect the circumstances of the stay. We were completely transparent with the guests about the issue with the original accommodation and communicated the change in advance. To make sure their stay was not disrupted, we upgraded them at no extra cost to a house approximately six times larger, with much larger beds and significantly more living space. The guests agreed to this alternative accommodation before their stay. Both top and bottom waterproof sheets were provided and properly placed on the mattresses, along with the bedding. The claims regarding the sofa, recliners, television, coffee, and filters are also misleading, as none of these are included in our listed amenities or advertised as being provided. Guests are encouraged to review the listing details, photos, and amenities before booking to make sure the accommodation meets their needs. We will continue to provide a clean and comfortable stay for our guests.

The house is accurately represented in the listing, and all essential items are provided. If guests had specific needs such as additional bowls, plates, or glasses, they could have simply communicated with us during their stay, and we would have gladly directed them to the kitchen cabinets where these items are stored.
