Awesome location in Tempe across from Cubs Spring Training facility. The 2 BR, 2.5 BA condo is close to major highways, AZ 101 and 202 loops, which makes getting to all of the parts of the valley a breeze. Your Uber/Lyft ride will be easy breezy! You will have quick access to college bowl games, ASU campus, Cactus League Spring Training, Phoenix Waste Management Open, car shows, Suns, Coyotes, D'Backs, Phoenix Rising games, Top Golf, and Talking Stick Resort. Old Town Scottsdale and Mill Avenue are just 10 minutes away. This condo is in a gated community with two pools, a hot tub, and is located between the Tempe Marketplace and Mesa Riverview shopping centers. Across the street is Sloan Park and Mesa Riverview Park, an expansive green space with water, features for kids and space to lounge. The Valley of the Sun offers events and entertainment all year around. We offer a comfortable place to stay while you enjoy it.

The two story property features TWO master suites, (1 full bath with each master and a common half bath on the main floor) laundry, kitchen with all the necessary gadgets and tools, private outdoor space, and plenty of space to stretch out.

There is a single car garage attached to the condo for your use and plenty of additional on site parking.

Central location, cute neighborhood!

We loved our stay, convenient to nearby shopping, downtown Tempe, tons of hiking and biking, not to mention easy access to freeways and the light rail for fast commuting all over the valley. Hosts Karin and Jody are super responsive. Their adorable home is located in a gated community with two pools, right up the street from a huge park and the Cubs stadium—just a short walk away. Stay here!!

OMG it was a great time and stay, thank you so much for being a great host.

I loved the stay great location very good communication with owners as well. I would strongly recommend them. The only thing I would recommend and they are very minor, there where no bath towel racks in the bath rooms and maybe a few more cooking utensils. Over all we loved the place and plan on booking again when we return. Great experience!

The condo was very well maintained and organized

The owners were very quick to respond and polite anytime I had a question. I have stayed at a few rental properties when traveling the US and this condo and owners were the best experience I've had. Spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a place to stay while in Phoenix. Great location to get to spring training games, just couple miles from ASU campus and nightlife, plenty of hiking trails with beautiful views of the valley just minutes away. I will definetly stay at this property again when I'm back in Phoenix.

The house was perfect for my family I loved that it had 2 master suites so you had complete privacy. My parents stayed on one side and my husband and I stayed on the other. We each had our own space and bathroom and shower, it was great. The only complaint I would have is the beds weren't too comfortable, we stayed for 5 days so I wish the beds were a little better. We have a baby and a pack and play was provided for him which was super helpful. We were in Arizona to watch the San Diego Padres for spring training and the farthest we had to drive was 35 min so the location is pretty central and close to the freeway so quick access. We will definitely keep this place in mind if we go back next year. We loved it!

This rental was quiet, convenient, clean and comfortable. Owners were great to work with on a last minute schedule adjustment and helped with last minute details on my arrival. The Villagio is a nice complex within a short distance to stores, shops and groceries. Rental made easy! A "no-regrets" visit.

Wonderful modern accommodations , very centrally located , literally a couple of minutes from expressways , several minutes from Tempe Market, good selections of restaurants and other amenities ,, a couple of min the other way there is a Walmart Super Centre plus again other eateries ,,right by the University and Downtown ,, and for out of town outings hikes etc , easy access to freeways . The unit was spotless, the sleeper sofa was very comfortable as my eldest son commented ,, and myself and my 2 adult sons thoroughly enjoyed the condo complex ,, really nice pool and hot-tub area ,,and its comfortable to know its in a "gated community"

Great condo

This place was a very good deal for a 1 month corporate rental. The price was right and all of my colleagues that stayed there were quite pleased with their accommodations. I highly recommend this condo to anybody for both personal or business stays.
