A party of 8 people stayed here for my son’s graduation. For having four bedrooms housing 8 guest, the kitchen was extremely lacking. We were not here to fix meals but just basic needs in kitchen was very disappointing. 4 coffee mugs , no potholders or dish towels. Refrigerator is old and leaking. We made due but for the amount of money that we were charged, very disappointing. Regardless of the fact is was graduation weekend, it still was not priced appropriately.

We all enjoyed our stay with enough rooms for 8 people. The kitchen ceiling fan needs to be removed or it might fall out the ceiling. The fans and lights seems to work off one remote, which turns all the lights and ceiling fans off and on in each room. Other than that we would definitely stay again. We've stayed twice in this house because its close to FAMU and with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths make it alot easier with 8 people. But this time we wasn't able to bring our dog, before it was pet friendly. The kitchen fan

The house was ok the only two things was there is only one tv in the whole house. I didn't like that and some of the beds slept horrible. The main guest room bed was the worst it was so hard we couldn't even sleep in that bed. Some of the outside furniture was old. I sit in one of the lawn chairs and almost killed myself. It broke as soon as I sit in it. I thought I was going to have to go to the hospital
