This was the perfect property to enjoy a hot long weekend in Tallahassee with a group of family and friends. The house was clean and cool, the back screened-in porch was cozy when it was raining outside and the pool was a delight when the weather cooperated. There was even more outdoor space to enjoy but the rain didn't allow for that. We had a good time hanging out in the living room and kitchen and around the dining table. Lisa, the host, is incredibly helpful, kind and good natured. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. She works really hard to provide a good experience for her guests!

Best communication ever. The host is excellent and kept us informed all the time. No problem at all, we had a nice time, comfortable and what we needed. Good location for the convention we were attending. The listed price was a little misleading, because the insurance and cleaning fees wasn’t included, that was our only thing that we weren’t expecting. We may come back if we could afford it again. Thank you for letting us stay and the friendly communication.

The house was clean and inviting. The couch in the living room does not pull out. It is a modular sectional sofa. We had an issue with the AC constantly at night being turned up in temperature while we slept. After our departure, the owner had the AC checked to discover a schedule was set. The owner claims the previous guests must have set a schedule. Frankly I have a hard time believing a guest would go out of their way to do that, especially make it hotter at night. Our stay otherwise was pleasant. If you book, make sure the AC is not on a schedule and that you have full control of your temperature. The owner was very apologetic, however, it didn't change how miserable we were sleeping at night, hence the 4 out of 5 stars.

Sun, Pool, Great memories made

Me and my long time friends wanted a quiet week to just laugh and catch up. The pool was an amenity that was on our must have list. It sits in a quiet neighborhood and had ample rooms with great decor. I would highly recommend this home to anyone…Our host was amazing and engaging.
