Everything about this property is excellent. We had the opportunity to meet with the hostess and were very impressed with her hospitality and thoroughness in making sure all needs were met. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Colorado Springs.

The house was exactly as described, clean and well organized. The host was very responsive to any questions. The location and neighborhood are nice and safe. We took several evening walks/runs. Thanks for a great stay!

Superb property for the price. Plenty of room for 4 adults, plus an extra bedroom (twin bed) we never entered. Loved the bathrooms, especially the water pressure. So nice to return to a hot shower after a long day! Dee is a very considerate host. II highly recommend this unit!

House was very nice and VERY clean. I probably missed it but the owner does stay in the garage of the house which wasn’t a problem at all. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to someone else

This is such a great rental! Perhaps one of the most well kept that we have stayed at. It is located in north Colorado Springs with easy access to many points of interest. The property owner is fantastic should you need anything at all. Highly recommend!!

The overall area was very neat and tidy. Spacious enough to comfortably fit a family of 5 and the entire place is beautiful. My family and I were especially suprised at how clean and organized the kitchen and bathroom were and we would definitely recommend staying here!

Western Shootout Lacrosse

Brought family to lacrosse tournament. Made a mini vacation out of the weekend. House was perfect for our family. Super clean and had everything we needed! Felt awesome to be in a house instead of a hotel. Only thing is the property should be transparent a d state the owner also lives on the property.

Great home

It worked perfectly for my family! Really well kept home all necessitates. The only thing was the owner stayed in the home in the lower floor. It may have been in the description, and I may have missed it. That being said, it did not impact our trip in any way. We weren’t bothered one bit. Overall it was a great stay and trip!

Spotless, Quiet, Beautiful Home

Perfect place for a perfect visit. Located in a residential neighborhood, but close enough to everything. We were visiting relatives from Falcon, and we were 20 minutes from there and less than an hour from everything else we did. We decided not to get groceries until we saw what was there, and I'm glad we did! She's thought of everything. When we did contact her, she responded immediately. I have told all my family there this is a great place for any of them that have someone coming into town needing accommodations. I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could.

One of the best homes I have stayed in for the price. ALL necessities provided, plus many extras. Very convenient to get to everything in the Springs area. I definitely will stay here again. recommend this home for rental!
