The largest home in the portfolio at 1,820 sq ft — a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home on Sun Key Place in Emerald Island, with a ground-floor king suite that's ideal for grandparents or anyone who prefers no stairs.

Upstairs: a second king bedroom with attached bath, a room with a full bed, and a kids' room with two twin beds. The living room sleeper sofa adds flexibility. The home sleeps up to 8 guests.

Step outside to the Emerald Island resort's pools, tiki bar, tennis, basketball, and volleyball, with 24-hour resort security and Disney minutes away. Pet-friendly, with in-home washer and dryer, a full kitchen (range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender), free high-speed WiFi, and cable TV. Starter coffee and toiletries provided; nearby stores cover longer stays.

Note: the Emerald Island HOA charges a one-time access fee of $20 per car (not needed for Uber/taxi), paid directly to the resort after booking and before arrival.

Wonderful and clean place to stay! Was even allowed to bring our pets! Host was awesome and very responsive to all of our needs! Thank you so much for giving us such a wonderful place to stay! Definitely recommend and will be coming back ourselves!

Pleasant stay for a 3 night Trip! CLEAN!

Ended up doing a quick trip to the parks with friends. Easy to get into home. Manny was top notch and very quick on replying to my needs. Home waa clean and comfortable. Will be interested in this home or others he has to offer. 10/10

This home is very comfortable. It has very spacious bedrooms. The air conditioning works very well, and the ceiling fans are excellent. The beds are comfortable, and there are plenty of pillows and blankets. The bedroom furniture is positioned so that it is very easy to find and use outlets near the beds for charging your electronics. The hosts are friendly, professional, and they communicate very promptly. The home is very pet friendly, although we did not bring a pet. There is a dedicated cut out in the wall of the main bedroom downstairs to accommodate a pet bed or large crate. The kitchen is clean. I recommend bringing your own sharp knives and large pots if you plan to cook for a whole family while you are there, but that is often the case in any VRBO. The property has wonderful neighborhood amenities, and the HOA staff is friendly and helpful. Checking in at the front gate is easy, and using the gate pass is easy and convenient during your stay, although you do have to register for that separately with the HOA after booking.
