We had a wonderful stay at this property in Exuma. The home was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The host was responsive and easy to work with throughout the entire process, which made everything seamless.The pool was fantastic, and having direct access to such a beautiful beach was a real highlight. The scenery is simply breathtaking. The crystal-clear water, white sand, and stunning views created the perfect setting to relax and enjoy everything Exuma has to offer.Overall, this was a great experience, and we would gladly stay here again. If you're looking for a beautiful beachfront property with an attentive host and incredible surroundings, we highly recommend it.

Amazing experience! The house was absolutely stunning and well equipped with everything you could possibly need!! The views were stunning! The beds and furniture were so comfortable as well! Would absolutely recommend Yumey Sands to anyone!!Our house manager was Judy Gray and she made it a seamless process to have everything scheduled. Our Chefs, Nancy and Larissa were wonderful! They couldn't do enough for us. They were prompt every day and so very kind! Would definitely return!

Perfect Family Getaway

This property is truly amazing and the pictures don't do it justice. The view of the ocean as you walk in the front door is breathtaking. We spent 7 nights in this beachfront villa and it wasn't long enough-we can't wait to return. Judy the property manager was great with responding to our needs. Thank you for a perfect family getaway.

Exuma Getaway

We had a wonderful time here. Everything you need is stocked an available for use! We appreciated the attention to detail and the way that the home welcomed us. It is located on a beautiful stretch of beach! We cant say enough of good things about our first experience here! Hoping to return many times in the future!

Great stay in Little Exuma!!

We had an amazing week at Yumey Sands! The house is just as advertised and the view off the deck was absolutely breathtaking. As many have mentioned before, the kitchen is well stocked (even had spices, ketchup, S&P, etc already in the cupboard), the beds are very comfortable, and there was no shortage of kayaks to use for exploring. Brea's just down the beach is a great amenity as well! We had the perfect trip and would highly recommend Yumey Sands to others!

This property was beautiful and in an amazing location.

The house was equipped with everything we could possibly need. A plus was the hot tub, appreciated that perk as we came in to a cold front and it allowed us to still be cozy outside. Judy and Wade as always were awesome care takers. It was a wonderful family trip, thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us.

Best Beach House I have ever stayed in

The house was clean and well stocked. The location was perfect, the views were beautiful. Judy the house manager was above and beyond. Andy the home owner responds quickly and thoroughly to any questions I had. This was hands down the best vacation I have ever had.

Fantastic Family Vacation

The home is beautiful! The beach was awesome! We kayaked to the little island you view from the house. Any issues were taken care of by Judy, the manager. Our family had the best time! Great memories! We would stay here again! Oh….and the beds are so cozy! I would recommend this place for a great family vacation.

We had the most amazing stay! The house is so beautifully decorated and well appointed…the pictures are beautiful, but it’s even better in person. We worked with Judy to have groceries delivered which worked out well due to grocery hours / limited availability. Our family loved our stay so much that we booked the house for next year while we were still there!

Perfect Beach House

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Yumey Sands! This was our 5th visit to Exuma and was the nicest villa so far. Andy has gone above and beyond to provide everything you could possibly want. The layout and design was top notch and the views are beyond compare. Judy was also a pleasure to deal with and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We are already planning our next visit!

Fabulous Yumey Sands

This property is perfectly located on the most beautiful yet uncrowded beach. It is nicely appointed and well-equipped. This area is somewhat remote so a car is helpful if one is staying for any length of time. Andy is a terrific host and his local team is very responsive and exceptionally helpful. All in all, a wonderful vacation. Definitely returning next year!
