This studio apartment is situated on a sunny hillside and has the perfect view of the ocean waves nearby. It is close to town (5 minute drive away) and yet has a relaxing country outlook. The apartment is new and modern and has all that is needed for a cozy stay. It has plenty of space for living and has an easy indoor-outdoor flow with a private deck outside with outdoor furniture ready to be used. The apartment is ajoined to a house.
