This is a tastefully furnished basement in a brand new house. The entrance is from the main gate of the house . This space was designed with the comfort of guests in mind. This suite offers 2 bedrooms for 4 guests( one king size and one queen size) and full bath with shower panel. It comes with a state-of-the-art laundry room, kitchenette, big and spacious living area, and many more to give you comfort and satisfaction. The basement is cool in summer and warm in winter due to the latest building technology. You can not miss the light signature while in this suite. The house provides free parking at the front of the property. The living area comes with a large 65 inch 4k UHD TV with high-speed Wi-Fi and inbuilt music system with woofer to keep you entertained and work-ready. The kitchen is equipped with a small fridge,and toaster with cooking utensils. Guests are also welcome to have free coffee, tea. The sectional is comfortable for the family. The suite is sanitized with deep cleaning after every visit.
