Things to Know
Please pay close attention to the following: Non-compliance could result in sizable fines.
-A 3-night minimum stay may be required.
-The maximum occupancy is 8 adults.
-Maximum number of additional daytime guests is 4 between the hours of 8:00a-10:00p.
-Rental Agreement must be e-signed after 48 hours after booking, which requests the names and ages of adult guests.
-Included with your reservation is an accidental damage protection insurance policy that protects everyone from any unexpected accidents. The full name, address and date of birth of the primary renter must be submitted within 48 hours after booking to our insurance partner, Safely.
-Bachelor/Bachelorette groups must all be over 30 years old.
-Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information.
-Additional deposits may be required.
-No pets allowed. If you are traveling with a pet, reach out as we can help you find a pet-friendly place.
-The pool & hot tub is serviced weekly on Wednesday or Thursday.
-The exterior of the home is monitored by video camera 24/7.
-NO usage of private drones allowed on the property.
-The home is located in a rural area and while it does have regular pest treatments in place, due to the environment, you may see pests and wildlife during your stay inside and outside the home. Outdoors, do not approach the wildlife but rather enjoy them from a distance. They will leave you be if you extend them the same courtesy! Some wildlife you might see includes deer, hawks, rattlesnakes, foxes, armadillos and you may hear coyotes.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.

We had a wonderful stay for our girls' trip! The home was beautiful, comfortable, quiet, and relaxing, which was exactly what we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub and definitely made the most of both during our stay! We even had a family of deer come by, which was such a nice surprise.The hosts were also very responsive and went above and beyond for us. I simply asked whether a crockpot was available, and they made sure we had one during our stay, which we really appreciated and definitely put to good use.We didn't encounter any issues with the property and truly enjoyed our time there. It was a great place to relax, spend time together, and enjoy our girls' weekend. We would definitely recommend it!

This house was INCREDIBLE! Sooo private, so serene and peaceful. We had 8 women stay here for an 18 year reunion. Now all of us want to bring our own families here. The only thing missing was a crock pot, more serving dishes, mixing bowls, and more measuring cups of all sizes. Other than that - the perfect stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this house, it was exactly what we were looking for for our family vacation. The property was quiet, clean, and truly felt like you were tucked away in the Texas Hill Country while still being close to everything you might need.The amenities were excellent. Our kids spent hours enjoying the pool and hot tub, and they especially loved having both the pickleball court and basketball hoop to play on. Inside, the home was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for our stay.The property owner was wonderful to work with, communication was prompt, friendly, and made the entire process seamless.The location was another big plus. It’s an easy drive into Austin, and it’s also convenient for exploring the surrounding Hill Country. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby, and having an H-E-B just about 10 minutes away was incredibly convenient.Overall, this is an outstanding property, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Vista Blue is an exceptional property! The house is decorated beautifully and comfortably! The pool and spa and the entire outdoor patio area is awesome! In spite of the heat we thoroughly enjoyed the Pickleball court also. The only thing we didn’t take advantage of was the fire pit. understandably, it’s August.!!!

Loved our stay a mini TX ranch

Incredible property. Will def stay again. Very clean exc a couple small items, nature was awesome and sooo "Texas". Resident deer loved to hang around. Played pickleball, basketball, enjoyed pool and hot tub setting on outdoor porch. Beautiful redo on the house. Very comfortable . Geat location with conveniences close by eventho feel is remote and secluded.

This property was exactly what we were looking for. A getaway that would basically be our own private resort. This place did not disappoint. We brought a load of groceries and practically never left. From pickleball, baseball, lounging in, and out of the pool. Able to cook very nice dinners and finish the evening watching family movies on the patio. Very nicely set up and met all of our needs. My family would return to this property without hesitation. Rental agency was very prompt with any requests or needs. Top notch experience.
