This property is set back with beach access from the back of the property down the hill. It was no problem for our group but might be challenging for anyone without full mobility and decent fitness. It was spacious for our group of 3 adults and 5 teenagers. The kitchen was equipped adequately. We had a great time.

The house was gorgeous, very clean, and everything in it was high quality and worked well. We had a fabulous time! And the tile work is amazing. The only downside was the trek up and down to the beach, especially with little kids. It’s a pretty steep hill of deep sand, and the staircase down to the beach was in pretty rough shape. The views were great though.

Gorgeous house and perfect location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: El Perico Bizco was perfect for our family and friends beach vacation. The house was beautiful and clean and plenty of space for 8 adults and 4 children. Each bedroom has it's own attached bathroom. The bottom floor is like a whole separate unit with it's own kitchen! The area is very residential and quiet. About a 10 minute drive to town to shop and eat. WalMart is a 5 minute drive. The walk down the hill to the beach takes about a minute or two, super easy. The views are spectacular and the beach is super sandy, not rocky at all. Would stay here every time if I could! Great service!
