The property was perfect, location was wonderful, beautiful sound views, pool area was nice, ocean directly across the street, close to either Nags Head or Hatteras. The bed was good, supplies were adequate. Only disappointment was it was not very clean. The placed had been semi wiped down, beds made, however floors were dirty, area rug was dirty (needs replacement). The HVAC vents were disgustingly FILTHY. I ended up cleaning the place myself given we were there for a month.The place if great, it just needs a much better cleaning team!

Kiteboarders Paradise is the place to stay! I absolutely loved it! It is an end unit, so larger and more view. The condo was extremely nice and clean and the view was breathtaking. Since it's in the same parking lot as Kitty Hawk Kites, we watched kiteboarders in the sound from the balcony and a view of the pool. The hot tub was relaxing. The beds were very comfortable. It was not crowded and few people at the pool. Just a short drive to the Rodanthe pier to park and view from the pier and go to the beach. The First Flight rentals went above and beyond to accommodate. My only complaints are I struggled to get in the condo with the keyless entry code each time and there is only a dustpan/brush, no regular broom or vacuum cleaner or we would have left the floors as clean as it was when we got there. I highly recommend this condo and renting from First Flight! I will definitely book with them again!
