In ground pool, spa, ping pong, grill, - all on the partially covered first floor. The house overlooks the canal allowing for fishing and sightseeing right from the patio! Six large bedrooms all had their own bathroom and balcony. There are washer and dryers available on 2nd and 3rd floors. There is an elevator! The patio closet had beach chairs, sand toys and cornhole! Plenty of pool towels and soap products. A short walk to the beach and restaurants. We will definitely visit this GORGEOUS home again! Don’t hesitate to book. —-(recommend: we rented a golf cart for the week- making the island easily accessible)

Perfect location. The house was beautifully decorated, and laid out for families. The pool area was phenomenal, only miss was not having an outdoor tv. In most rentals at this level have an outdoor tv, especially while visiting during March Madness. The mattresses were very firm. We enjoyed our stay overall, it is a beautiful property.

Wow!! This place was amazing! Everything was so clean and brand new! We had 11 people and it fit our three families perfectly! Every bedroom had a balcony and bathroom!! The pool and hot tub were perfect for the cooler Florida nights. We even saw a dolphin two mornings! Walking to town and the beach is so easy! We are already talking about coming back next year!! Thank you!

Heater in both the pool and hot tub didn't work for days. I had to place two service calls to get it working. Elevator didn't work, had to call service but it never worked after they came to fix it.

The house was beautiful, just like you see in the pictures. Great location, within walking distance to the beach, great place for a big group. There is construction all around, so it is a bit noisy during the day. The hosts were accommodating, and we were allowed to check in early, for an additional fee. Our only complaint was the fact that it lacked some essentials, like coffee filters, and the supplies were very limited. Each bathroom had one small container of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, maybe 1 oz. each. which was not enough for 2 people. You are expected to go out and buy a lot of basic stuff that you can't take with you if you are flying. For the price you pay, I think they should be a little bit more generous with their supplies. But overall, it was a great stay!

We had issues w/ the HVAC on the main level not working at all. We were given the run round about it saying someone would come fix it, but didn't. Then we found out it is still under warranty, but the company & the owner are not getting along so the company will not fix it. Nobody will touch it since it is still under warranty. This has been a problem for a while (from what we were told). We should have been told this up front, plus the group in after us was not going to know either.The pool/hot tub would not warm up, but finally at the end of the week, someone actually looked at it to fix it.

We had a great time! The house was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of beach towels. The only drawback for our stay was that there is no refrigerator on the ground floor for drinks at the pool. And there is no wagon or umbrella for the beach. This house is a great location for walking to restaurants and Times Square. Overall, a wonderful stay!
