This house was great for our group. It was very clean and the pool was fantastic. We really enjoyed the views and short walk to the beach.

Very great property. Clean, pool and hot tub great! Price is comparable but they are all too high. I do wish the management companies would give more than 2 pods for laundry and dish washer. And minimum toilet paper. It’s irritating to have to buy those supples. For the prices they charge, why not supply a bottle of laundry detergent and dishwasher. And enough toilet paper for a week. Are they afraid someone will steel them? To take on an airplane? Place was great otherwise

Great location and beautiful house. There is an active construction site next door, with the expected associated noise, but we knew that was the case when we booked and it didn’t spoil our fun!

Very much enjoyed the size of this property for a large group place to gather. Slept 6 couples with room to spare. Very clean and up to date! Close to so many places to eat and the beach!!

Beautiful home. We had 30 people staying in 3x VRBO. This one and the one next door and a 3rd a few houses down. This one ended up being the primary home for dinners etc. While we had a Keurig fail and a few other minor issues, they were all a moot point considering the overall time at the homes. Internet worked well, TV's worked (We watched World Cup games together). The "hot tub" was the same water as the pool, so it started a bit disappointing. Upon arrival it was 91 degrees in the pool/tub which was too warm to be refreshing but it cooled through the week and by the end it was more pleasant. However the hot tub was never really a hot tub.

We had issued w/ the pool/hot tub. We were told how to work it, but it still didn't work. Finally at the end of the week someone looked at it & said "oh yes, the breaker is tripped that is why it doesn't work". They should have looked at it right away not keep getting phone calls from us. The stove top went out & when we called, they said it was the breaker, but when looked at, it was not the breaker. It was a faulty set up & not under code. We were told that if water gets under there, it would start a fire. Not good.There was also construction next door & the workers were there working by 7am w/ lots of noise. Plus they were working on the roof side by the house & was able to look in the bathroom windows. They also left nails & trash on our patio.For as new as the house is, these issues should not of happened, but all in all, it is a great location w/ amenities (when they work properly).

Regarding the nearby construction, there are residential homes being built on the street, which can unfortunately result in noise and activity at times; this is outside our control, but we understand how it impacted your stay.
