Excellent location! Super easy to walk to the falls, shopping, restaurants and activities . Quiet neighborhood. Bedroom to bathroom ratio perfect 1:1. Host, Jason was super responsive to communications. Fun trip!

The best thing about this property is the location. Very close to the falls. It’s an old house but it is mostly renovated. The main house part is in good shape but there is a back porch and deck that I guess you’re not supposed to use because it’s kind of just junked up. Beds were comfortable, plenty of coffee cups. I did not notice in description that there is no dishwasher. We couldn’t get sofa pullout bed to work so used the sofa for a bed, but it’s big. The a/c works great in some rooms, some were hot. The area is quiet and safe. The driveway needs some work. The code for back door never did work, even after owner gave me a new code. If you want several bedrooms in a safe area that is close to the falls, this works.

Amazing house!! Just as described. The owners communication was amazing and the lication could not have been better. It really was a few minute walk to the falls and Clifton Hall. Down the block from the Bird sanctuary.
