We were so pleased with this property for our 9 day stay. The layout of the house was perfect with the primary suite on one side and the other 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the other side. The open floor plan was spacious with plenty of seating for dining and relaxing. Kitchen was well equipped. Overall was perfect for our needs. Would use again for sure especially for large family/group.

Great location

We were in town for grandson's graduation from Full Sail University. The location was ideal. The house was spacious and comfortable. There are some cosmetic things that need to be done in the guest bathroom, but overall it was good.

Orlando Stay

This house is exactly as described. Well, even better. The pictures are exactly what we got, an absolutely beautiful, clean home. We felt right at home. We were celebrating a UCF graduation and my mother's 80th birthday. Both were made extra special by feeling right at home. The pool was perfect, along with the lanai porch. The common living room was very spacious. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms had soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Great choices in scents. There was PLENTY of storage area. Thank you for the pleasure of staying here.

The house is spectacular , the area is very quiet and safe , with easy access. It is beautifully decorated . I only found two negative points , which i mention just for improvement : The tv remote didn't have batteries, so i had to use the one from the bedroom , and it also said that we had to take off our shoes before entering , i don't like walking barefoot , especially in a place i don't know , other than that , the house is absolutely beautiful and safe .

Nice and roomy

The house was nice and roomy, we felt like we all had our own space. The kitchen was nice, the couch was large and comfy, with a nice big TV. The screened in porch would have been nicer if there weren't screens missing, allowing the mosquitos come come in. The door to the screen porch was also broken, so it would swing and bang in the wind. The pool was nice since it was hot out (otherwise it is not heated). The fenced back yard was great for the dogs. The house in general just needs some maintenance. We stayed here because we were attending a concert at Camping World stadium, otherwise it's not super convenient if you are going to the parks.

The house was very clean and spacious, we definitely enjoyed that part of it, especially to covered patio. The pool was not super clean but that is to be expected since it is not covered. The landscaping needed some work, gras mowed, weedeated, and just picked around the back yard some. It just contradicted the home aesthetic, because the house looked abandoned from the front yard, and in the back yard. There were some broken flower pots laying on the ground by the pool that could potentially get someone hurt.All in all, it was a great stay, close to the stores and to our daughter. We enjoyed the stay very much, and we would go back
