Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave all used towels and bed sheets inside the laundry,
Please don’t wash anything that belongs to the house
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
House Rules: Quiet Hours: Outdoor areas must be quiet after 10 PM in respect of neighbors. No glassware or bottles in or around the pool/jacuzzi area.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool/jacuzzi area. Use at your own risk, Pool hours 8am-10pm, no alcohol on the pool
Clean Up After Yourself Wash, dry, and put away any dishes, utensils, you use. Grill must be cleaned after use. Pool maintenance on Tuesday

Loved this house! It is furnished with everything you would need. It was sooo clean, which I loved!It has a stocked kitchen and everything was spotless even the small appliances. The patio/pool is such great area, to have fun and lounge by the pool. It has everything; outdoor patio, bar, dinning table, hot tub, beach towels, pool toys, etc..The house is close to everything; Disney, Universal and other great attractions. Hector & Mely are great host. So kind and always quick to respond to anything we needed before and during our stay. We will definitely stay here again!

This house is great! The pool and hot tub were clean and well taken care of. The kitchen is well equipped and so is the grilling area outside. The neighborhood is quiet. The location is pretty good too. You can get pretty much anything you need within a 5 minute drive. You wont regret selecting this house.

Clean and well appointed

NOT your typical air bnb that was obviously just thrown together by some out of town investor. This well appointed house was equipped with lots of dishes, quality cookware, towels, and other necessities. The outdoor area, pool, and hot tub were all clean and inviting for outdoor gathering and cooking. Highly recommended!

Orlando Retreat

This VRBO was just what we were looking for. Very clean, spread out, well equip with everything we needed. Safe quiet neighborhood, easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, ice cream stores, and all the things to do on E. Colonial. We used the pool and hot tub, and enjoyed sitting out back while the 3 kids swam in the pool. The recliner sofa in front of the big TV was so comfortable, we didn't want to get up. Hector and Mely were very responsive anytime I had a question. They are wonderful hosts. The house is exactly as described in print and photos. I would not hesitate to use this home again next time I'm in East Orlando.
