The unit was beautiful was cute and cozy but wasn’t clean. The floors were dirty, spider webs in the down stairs bathroom and the kitchen and downstairs bathroom smelled like mildew. The parking area was very challenging to park due to the small spaces. There shouldn’t be a cleaning fee if the units aren’t going to be cleaned for the next tenants.

Great Location

The communication was excellent from a couple days before the trip to during the trip. The location of the space was perfect. You can see the Hollywood sign from one of the bedrooms. There is plenty that is walking distance to shop and eat.

The address that was provided at the time of booking was the primary reason we made the booking. While already travelling to the location we had booked we were informed the location assigned to us was entirely different and, as a result, we were forced to completely change our vacation plans at considerable inconvenience and expense to us and our family that we were visiting.

Parking requires skills of samurai, and God save if you have Suv. Not unexpected but it's vertical home (in case you have old folks or small kids). It's clean but maintenance is bit shoddy. Laundry is outside in garage, and dusty. If you can adjust to these inconveniences, it's a good stay

The property we stayed at pretty much had everything we needed. It was roomy and big. I like how we didnt habe to struggle for parking and it was close most of the shops. We enjoyed our stay and hoping to come back again when we are in town. Our host Monica was helpful and answered all the questions we had. Thank you.

This property is a scam. We lost all power during our night there so we had no hot water, no air conditioning, couldn’t reach our floor with the elevator and, worst of all, had our rental car stuck in the garage with no way to free it. There was no backup power, so even the fire emergency signs were off. Absolute fire trap, building code violations and zero communication. They refused to refund even a single dollar for this nightmare.

Weird booking system but good accommodation

Their booking system is a bit suspicious to me. You have to upload your ID and information on a webpage that stays public, although "protected" with a UUID4 URL. Don't feel very comfortable having all my personally identifyable information in public internet. The apartment was in a good condition and great location. There was somebody making noise in the upsrairs apartment for 3 nights all night. Earplugs recommended.

Out of the four days of stay, there was no hot water for a day (25 hours). I reported that hot water didn't come out in the morning, and I was waiting and had an outside schedule, so I went out and came back at night, but it didn't fix. It only leaves it to external repair companies, and they don't seem to be interested in managing the accommodation at all. Whether the guest is uncomfortable or not... I haven't given any information updates in advance, and only then do I give a rough answer if I make a claim. It was my worst travel experience because We couldn't wash it with warm water for two days, and it was an irresponsible accommodation with no reply to my request for a refund for the last day.

2 night stay in Hollywood

We arrived at what we thought was the property later than planned and had to call the owners as we had not received a check in link. This was not the property owners fault but hotels.com. The link had gone to email trash but was sent at 11:15 am that morning and we were driving at that time from Las Vegas so had clearly missed the link. It took us 40 minutes to resolve this at which point the property we had arrived at wasn’t the one we were staying at so there was a little confusion but the property was only a short drive away. A little inconvenient after a long drive and think this info needs to be much clearer. The property was fabulous with everything you need so no complaints with the accomodation other than that the door code is exactly the same as the property next door. Accidentally put the code in the wrong door so this raised security issues for us knowing someone could come into the house whilst we were out. Advise to have different codes to properties so close to each other. The property states minutes away from everything . The walk of fame was a 51 minute walk away so not quite as close as we thought. We had a great stay at the property overall and recommend it for quality and value for money. I’ve stayed in Hollywood before and paid higher prices to be closer but accommodation has been awful.

Nicht zu empfehlen, ausser man möchte nicht schlaf

Die Beschreibung der Anzeige entsprach in keinster Weise der tatsächlichen Unterkunkt. Auch die angegebene Adresse war nicht die in der wir gewohnt haben. Die Ausstattung war super, jedoch war im Schlafzimmer das Fenster defekt (es konnte nicht geschlossen werden), was zur Folge hatte das es extrem laut war, und wenn ich sage laut dann meine ich laut. Die ursprüngliche Adresse war in einem ruhigen Viertel, die zugewiesene war an einer Hauptstraße. Dazu kam das eine riesige (gigantische Leuchtreklame) ein schlafen nahezu unmöglich machte, da keinerlei Verdunklungsrollos vorhanden sind. Laut + taghell = kein Schlaf Wenn jemand in einer Nachbarwohnung gekocht hat, roch es als ob es in unserer Wohnung zubereitet wurde-schrecklich 👉 Mängel wurden selbstredend gleich angezeigt, allerdings bis auf leere Versprechen (wir schicken sofort jemanden), passierte nichts Schade… N

The facility is very clean and easy to use. However, twice during my stay, I was in trouble because another car was parked in my parking lot. Cars and dogs are noisy at night.
