Amazing place if you want to enjoy private time.

Amazing house with great view and amenities. Loved our time there and would go back again anytime. Grill place is a great addition. Gift wine was lovely Kitchen utensils could have been cleaner. Bed was not the comfiest, but could live with it.

Lovely, well appointed villa in east reach (by car and foot) of Pollensa and a short drive to the sea. The terrace and pool have views of the mountains. Great base for cycling, and fantastic for birdwatching!

The Villa is a lovely, quiet and kind of lonesome place with great views and a great pool. You wont be bothered by neighboursother tourists, which was perfect for us. Pollenca is a cool town, very close, with great little shops and restaurants.Definetely recommended!

Pollensa town is very beautiful

The villa and pool are beautiful, has everything you need, location is great, right next to Pollenca and there are nice walks around the villa which we did with the kids - we saw lots of animals and countryside. Loved the place and would go backagain! Mike.

Myself and my other half had an amazing week

Myself and my other half had an amazing week at Pep’s villa. Location is very close to pollenca, around a 5 minute drive. The villa is lovely- amazing pool. Would highly recommend car hire to travel the north of Mallorca- it’s just beautiful. We can’t wait to come back!

Pep's place is AMAZING! The backyard is perfect for relaxing in the sun and the BBQ setup is perfect for grilling and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. You'll definitely need a car to get around but everything is so close beaches, town center,restaurants, grocery store, etc. Absolutely recommend this place for your next holiday, everything you need in one home!

We had a fantastic holiday, the villa was extremely clean, comfortable and had an excellent stocked kitchen. Lovely pool with lots of space around it to sunbathe with plenty of tables, chairs and sun loungers to enjoy. A car is definitely requiredas it would take approx 30/40 mins to walk into Pollensa.

What a superb property, 8 of us stayed all cyclist friends. Everything is finished to a very high standard. Small pool but perfect for a cool down after a cycle. Perfect location literally 1 minute from lovely restaurants and bars. Thanks Pep &Maggie.

Pep’s place was perfect for our long relaxed weekend getaway.

The place is beautiful and exactly what you see on the pictures. A beautiful terrace and pool surrounded by lemon and fig tree’s on the foot of a mountain but only 15 minutes by car away from the beach. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything you’d need. Pep was great in communicating and always quick to responded. We last minute had asked for a later check out and Pep made it happen! We would love to come back.

We had a great stay at the villa and enjoyed our days by the pool and the evenings on the terrace. The kitchen is very well equipped so that you can really make nice meals and also the bbq was a great option. We stayed with 4 adults and a toddler and had a lot of space. The garden is lovely and we enjoyed the fresh lemons!! It’s fairly quiet apart from a cockerel who doesn’t know when it’s time to sing and when NOT to.. We would love to come back one day. Thanks to Prep and his team.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Villa Granoters by homevillas360. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. The hob is induction which is a little confusing if you've never used one but fine once you get the hang of it. The bedrooms are basic but adequate and the beds are comfortable. The real joy of the place is the surrounding including the pool and garden areas which are well looked after. There are beautiful views of the mountains in every direction and as the name suggests visitors can follow the sun from the pool side, around the house and up on to the roof terrace so they can enjoy every last minute of the sunshine. We had a wonderful time and would happily recommend!
