This sunny penthouse is perfect for Smartworking (WIFI 100MB) . It composed by 2 bedrooms, modern, bright, lighty sitting-room with two balconies, modern kitchen , bathroom with window and toilet. Top solarium with GREAT VIEW, overlooking the surroundings (till the sea and the mountains), equipped with table, chairs, loungers, sunshade , shower, and BBQ. Ideal for lunch, dinner or sunbathe.

AIRCONDITIONING COLD and WARM in both bedrooms and livingroom and TVSAT.

The final cleaning of this flat is carried out following the guidelines of the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Commerce, including the specifications of cleaning and disinfection in the touristic sector.

The apartment is located in a quiet area within walking distance of the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca (Es Trenc, Es Dolç, Es Carbó), the marina in Colonia de Sant Jordi (from which the boat to the Natural Park Cabrera leaves), bars, restaurants, supermarkets, health center, interpretation center Cabrera Natural Park, equestrian center, municipal pool, tennis, gym, church. The best way to travel between the apartment and places of interest is on foot or by bicycle. About 15-20 minutes by driving, we find the most amazing bays of the south-east side of the island: Cala Llombards, Cala S'Almunia, Calo des Moro, Cala Figuera, Cala Mondragó and the marina of Cala D'Or. Villages of Ses Salines, Santanyi,Es Llombards, the salines of Es Trenc and Spa Sa Font Santa, the only thermal hot spring on the island, are a 10 minute by driving, too.

Excellent Easter break

Fantastic apartment with roof terrace perfectly located for exploring the local area. The supermarket and bakery just round the corner were perfect for supplies and breakfast pastries. The property was exactly as described, and Francesca was there to greet us on arrival. She also kept in regular contact ensuring we had everything we needed - thanks for a wonderful trip, would definitely stay again!

Perfect apartment in brilliant location

The apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well equipped and the views from the roof terrace were spectacular. Juan met us at the property on arrival and he and Francesca were extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The quiet location is perfect with a small supermarket with bakery a 2 minute walk away, and a choice of beautiful beaches within 15 minutes. We particularly liked the beach at the harbour with lots of great restaurants including our favourites La Mallorquina and Port Blau. Everything is very walkable so we didn’t need a car and used the local buses to explore the wider area including Manacor and Santanyi. Would definitely visit again!

Es passte einfach alles!

Die Beschreibung bei FeWo-direkt und die Bewertungen der früheren Gäste hatten nicht zu viel versprochen – alles war wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, der Wohn-/Essraum hell mit schönem Blick Richtung Küste und bis zum Tramuntana-Gebirge. Auf der Dachterrasse und nachmittags/abends auf dem kleinen Balkon kann man die Sonne genießen. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir im Keller/Tiefgarage (mit Zufahrt) sicher abstellen. Alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar: Supermarkt und Bäckerei liegen direkt gegenüber, zum Hafen mit guten Restaurants und zu den Stränden sind es 5-15 Minuten. Vom Hafen zum Strand Es Trenc führt ein schöner Fußweg an der Küste entlang. Im Ort gibt es einen sehr guten Fahrradverleih und ein beheiztes Freibad für Sportschwimmer. Francesca und Juan sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Kommunikation und Wohnungsübergaben waren ausgesprochen zuverlässig. Vielen Dank. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Ausstattung entsprach exakt der Beschreibung und den Abbildungen. Supermarkt und Bäcker gibt es direkt neben an. Die Dachterasse verfügt neben Grill, zwei Liegen, Tisch und Stühlen, zudem noch über eine Duschmöglichkeit. Die Kommunikation mit Francesca war super freundlich. Obwohl wir aufgrund eines Flugausfalls verspätet hatten, reagierte Francesca flexibel ohne Probleme. Wir kommen gerne wieder.Die Ausstattung entsprach exakt der Beschreibung und den Abbildungen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung, die Kommunikation mit Francesca war sehr nett und führsorglich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, es gibt einen Supermarkt und Bäcker direkt neben an. Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Ort und ist nur wenige Minuten von einem der schönsten Strände Mallorcas entfernt. Besonders hat uns die Dachterrasse mit BBQ gefallen. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Tolle Wohnung mit einmaliger Dachterasse

Es war eine sehr tolle Woche in der mit der Unterkunft einfach alles gestimmt hat. Ein perfekte Kommunikation im Vorfeld und auch zwischendurch mit Mallorca Sweet Homes (Francesca). Die Dachterasse hatte sogar eine eigene Dusche, was nach einem Strandtag sehr hilfreich war. Dazu hatten wir eine wunderbar eingerichtete Küche. Es war einfach alles da. Vielen Dank, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Schönes Apartment in toller Lage mit Dachterrasse

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat wirklich alles, was man benötigt. Die Dachterrasse ist einfach genial. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, trotzdem ruhig. Am besten hat uns aber die Kommunikation mit der herzlichen Vermieterin Francesca und ihrem Mann gefallen, die uns mit ihren wertvollen Tipps sehr gut und schnell geholfen haben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

...es hat alles rundherum gepasst! Francesca war sehr aufmerksam, flexibel, hilfsbereit, kommunikativ und hatte sogar an eine Geburtstagsüberraschung für uns gedacht. Muchas Gracias! Mille grazie! Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Modern eingerichtet mit vielen liebevollen Details. Ich kann die anderen Bewertungen nur bestätigen. Gute Lage und tolle Betreuung vor Ort

Gute Lage, gegenüber vom Supermarkt und Bäcker und nah zum Hafen . Alle 3 Strände im Ort zu Fuß gut zu erreichen! Alles super sauber ! Aussendusche auf der Dachterasse mit Warmwasserversorgung und Blick auf das Meer und die Berge war das Highlight !

Die perfekte Wahl

Wir kommen regelmäßig nach Colonia und haben einige Objekte ausprobiert. Das war mit Abstand die beste Wohnung. Der herzliche Empfang und die Verabschiedung durch Francesca und Juan hat uns sehr gefallen. Sie sind perfekte Gastgeber. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße von Colonia. Supermarkt , Geschäfte, Restaurants und Strände sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist für Selbstversorger umfassend ausgestattet. Die Dachterasse ist über das Treppenhaus erreichbar und bietet einen schönen Meerblick. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Sehr schönes sonniges Appartment in ruhiger Gegend - Top Dachterrasse

Wir waren Anfang Mai zwei Wochen in dem Apparment und hatte eine schöne Zeit. Das Appartment ist mit allen Features für Selbstversorgung ausgestattet. Das Appartment war gerade frisch renoviert worden. Der Blick vom Hauptraum aus auf das ferne Transmontana Gebirge und die Bucht ist phantastisch. Das Haus hat 6 Wohnungen, wobei diese Wohnung eine der oberen Wohnungen ist. Die Dachterasse ist über das Treppenhaus erreichbar und ist nur für diese Wohung, dort kann man wunderbar entspannen und den Rundumblick über Colonia geniessen, ein Grill ist auch vorhanden konnte aber wegen Wind nicht genutzt werden. Juan würde aber auch einen Grill mit Deckel anliefern wenn gewünscht. Wir waren in unserem Zeitraum die einzigen Bewohner des Hauses, es war absolut ruhig, das mag während der Hauptsaison anders sein, wenn auch die anderen Wohnungen bewohnt sind. Die Gegend ist ebenfalls super ruhig und entspannt. Ein Spar Supermarkt ist direkt gegenüber (morgens frischer Fisch) und auch ein Bäcker. Großeinkauf kann man in Campos machen, da gibt es Aldi, Lidl, Supermercado. Frisches Obst und guten Käse kauft man am besten in den kleinen Obstgeschäften im Ort. Markt ist Mittwoch und Samstags in Santanyi. Die beiden anliegenden Strände von Colonia de Sant Jordi sind sehr schön. Am Anfang der Saison ist der Ort noch im Dornröschenschlaf, ab Mitte Juni bis Ende August wird es dort erst voller, wobei es im Vergleich zu den Hotspots wohl auch noch morderat sein wird. Für junge Leute die Party und Vergnügen suchen ist der Ort wohl eher nichts. Francesca und Juan waren tolle Gastgeber und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. OG (oberste Etage) und liegt im Zentrum von Colonia Sant Jordi. Die Dachterrasse befindet sich direkt über der Wohnung. Die Beschreibungen, Fotos und die bisherigen Bewertungen entsprechen genau dem vorgefundenen Zustand. Alles ist sehr sauber, hell und modern eingerichtet und für einen Urlaub ist alles vorhanden. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Vermieter haben uns freundlich empfangen, wohnen aber nicht mit im Haus.
