Excellent Easter break

Fantastic apartment with roof terrace perfectly located for exploring the local area. The supermarket and bakery just round the corner were perfect for supplies and breakfast pastries. The property was exactly as described, and Francesca was there to greet us on arrival. She also kept in regular contact ensuring we had everything we needed - thanks for a wonderful trip, would definitely stay again!

Good stay at Francesca and Juan place. Nice flat, calm while being in the heart of Colonia. Excellent air cond system and soundproofed windows. Communication with the hosts was perfect !Some points we were a bit disappointed with: mattresses are not confortable at all ( you can feel every single springs in the small beds), very small bathroom. The roof top terrace is not really convenient as you need to use the common stairs of the building to reach it ( but we knew this in advance)Building is close to supermarket, which is good. The drawbacks are the trucks deliveries and the exhaust air pipes and air cond systems( a lot...) which cause some background noise. I don't want to be seen as a hard complainer , since we had good holidays , but at a certain level of price ( which seems to raise again for next year as I see on the website ),we do expect something perfect .

Good morning Eric, we were surprised by your comment since we contacted you throughout your stay and you told us that everything was perfect. I will answer point by point: The single beds are for children, as stated in the advertisement; if an adult of 1.90 meters (5'3"), f.i., sleeps in them, they might not be as comfortable. The size of the bathroom hasn't changed since the booking and it looks like in the advertisement. It’s pretty hard to believe you don't want to be seen as an hard complainer, since you complain even about the obvious: the advertisement shows that to reach the rooftop you have to use the communal staircase, even though the terrace is private and for exclusive use. I would also add that it is a building with 6 apartments, and the last flight of stairs to reach the terrace is shared with only one other apartment (which has its own terrace) and there was no one there during your stay. I assume that by "truck deliveries" you mean the vans that supply the nearby supermarket, and that there must be two or three of them throughout the day. We offer excellent value for money, and the property is always rented out because we provide a charming, light-filled apartment at a reasonable price—ideal for families—featuring a private terrace and all the amenities: air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, a washing machine, a dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV. It is located in a very quiet area close to beaches, a supermarket, shops, and restaurants, yet far enough away to avoid the noise. Perhaps this wasn't what you were looking for.

Perfect apartment in brilliant location

The apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well equipped and the views from the roof terrace were spectacular. Juan met us at the property on arrival and he and Francesca were extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The quiet location is perfect with a small supermarket with bakery a 2 minute walk away, and a choice of beautiful beaches within 15 minutes. We particularly liked the beach at the harbour with lots of great restaurants including our favourites La Mallorquina and Port Blau. Everything is very walkable so we didn’t need a car and used the local buses to explore the wider area including Manacor and Santanyi. Would definitely visit again!

Sehr schönes sonniges Appartment in ruhiger Gegend - Top Dachterrasse
