Quiet and Secluded Villa

Privately owned three bedrooms two bathroom self-catering holiday property conveniently situated near the Spanish seaside town of Guardamar, Costa Blanca just South of Alicante. La Marina is an ideal location to rent your Spanish self-catering holiday Villa as it is just 20 minutes south of Alicante airport and enjoys some 320 days of Spanish weather throughout the year.

The villa is situated on the outskirts of La Marina/oasis urbanisation bordering Elche (Elx) and San Flugencio. There are beautiful views over El Hondo nature reserve and down the road is El Oasis park.

Within 2 mins by car or 10 mins on foot you can have access to all the amenities you will need such as the supermarket, shops, banks, restaurants, bars and internet cafe. As well as the local tourist information office, the police and ambulance service.

Kitchen:
Includes a washing machine, gas hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, saucepans, crockery and cutlery.

Lounge/Dining Room:
Complete with three-seater settee, coffee table, cupboard storage unit complete with TV and a dining table with six chairs. English TV has been installed with all popular UK channels and Internet connection.

Bathrooms:
Fully tiled bathrooms with WC, vanity unit and shower units.

Bedroom One:
Double bedroom with king size bed. All bed linen and pillows are provided with matching bedspread. There are two bedside tables complete with bedside lamps, and a double wardrobe with additional bed linen.

Bedroom Two:
Double bedroom with double bed. All bed linen and pillows are provided with matching bedspread. There are two bedside tables complete with bedside lamps, and a double wardrobe with additional bed linen.

Bedroom Three:
Twin room with two single beds. Each bed is complete with bed linen and pillows with matching bedspreads. There is a cot and all bedding provided in this room.
Balcony/Roof Terrace:

There are 3 Private balconies with Sun loungers, Patio tables and chairs and BBQ and an outside sitting area on the ground floor. Sun loungers and chairs can be found in the shed at the back of the Villa.

Swimming Pool:
There is a shared swimming pool that is positioned 1 minute walk from the Villa that can be used between the hours of 7.00am to 9.00pm in the summer months. Please ensure you adhere to the pool rules at all times,

Tanto el propietario como la keyholes son mpersonas muy educadas y atentas, siempre interesados en que nuestra estadìa fuera placentera... Es una casa preciosa, amplia, cómoda , con varias terraza, muy fresca, no tuvimos que utilizar el aire acondicionado. mobiliario muy completo, tiene todo lo necesario y más, el lugar es muy tranquilo y tiene una piscina a pocos metros de la casa genial, grande muy limpia . Esperamos repetir la experiencia.

First to stay after lockdown

Lots went wrong because it had been empty for so long, but the owner worked tremendously hard to put things right from a distance. Air conditioning didn’t work and plumber didn’t fix it on his two visits. TV didn’t work so a few days later a new one arrived. Lovely communal pool. Comfy Bed and 2 showers. We were just unlucky In the timing. Good restaurant (Raices) 5 minutes drive away.

Gryder,potter og pander kunne trænge til udskiftning. Efter betaling beskrivelse fra ejer varme euro i beholder mange penge der bruges grundet koldt hus. Denne oplysning skal stå ved husets oplysninger ikke efter. Der trænger til en ordentlig omgang hovedrengøring også på terrasserne. På øverste terrasse ved vaskemaskinen mange bier. Mangler klædeskab i værelset nede ved barneseng. The villa was set in a very peaceful area. It was also very secure. The log burner was a real bonus. The kitchen was well equipped and hot water was plentiful. We had good communication with both Graham and Tracy, the key holder.

We are a couple from Chester, England who have rented our Villa out for the past four years. We have tried to make the Villa homely so you can have a comfortable stay. We deal directly with our clients and try to offer a personal service so you can enjoy your holiday.

Why they chose this property

La Marina is a quiet coastal town lying to the south of Alicante and is surrounded by two large and beautiful natural salt water lakes. There is a natural park by the lakes with tracks for walking and cycling. La Marina has a very nice beach and side-walk cafes to sit and watch the world go by. There is a large outdoor market on a Thursday which takes over most of the town centre. The Village of La Marina is very Spanish so the local way of life needs to be respected.
The ‘blue flag’ beaches of this region of the Costs Blanca are just a short drive away at Guadamar, Santa Pola and Alicante. Evening walks along the sea front are always pleasant with a wide range of bars and restaurants. The area is quite a Mecca for golfers and many of the golf courses are just a short drive away. A water park for the children is just a few minutes’ drive away at Santa Pola and Torrevieja and the new shopping centre at La Zenia.
