Stunning countryside house in West Sussex with outdoor pool (summer only)

A beautiful 5 bedroom house surrounded by trees with an outdoor pool (built in 2021 - available during the summer months), overlooking woodland - quiet and set back from roads yet still easy access to villages and train lines. Country living at its best with large entertaining space. Great walks, local pub and plenty to do in the surrounding area.

Our space is unique because it features great interior design and is finished to a very high specification inside to give guests a real sense of comfort and luxury in our 2 acre patch of the West Sussex countryside. Ours is an entirely new build built in 2014.

Guest access
Entire house and garden - 5 bedrooms:
1 master - with ensuite including bath
1 guest - with ensuite shower
1 child bedroom with ensuite shower
2 child bedrooms with no ensuites - 1 is smaller than the other but can fit the 2 trundles in there
1 separate family bathroom
1 loo on ground floor
All child bedrooms have trundle beds so can be made to the same height but as the other bed for adults or separate single beds

Firepit outside for guests to use

Garden has an outdoor heated pool, large trampoline, basketball area and swings plus a tyre swing - all of which can be used.

We have fibre optic broadband so the signal is good even though we are in the country!

The Neighbourhood
After a healthy countryside break? Head out for a hike in woods down the track from the house or cycle/walk/run on the Downs link - The Downs Link is a 36.7-mile footpath and bridleway linking the North Downs Way at St. Martha's Hill in Surrey with the South Downs Way near Steyning in West Sussex and on via the Coastal Link to Shoreham-by-Sea – you can pick it up from various areas but the quickest route is down the road in Rudgwick.

Riding stables - Sweetlands Farm on the Haven road – but you will need to book in advance.

Golf - Slinfold Golf & Country Club is a 5 minute drive away and you can use the course if not a member but will need to book in advance.

Swimming pool - Billingshurst Leisure Centre - 7 minute drive away

Holiday with the children? Easy Peasy. There is virtually no end of things to do rain or shine. Lovely West Wittering Beach is in reach within 45 minutes drive, of course tonnes of local options like the lovely Fishers Farm Park, Air Hop in Guildford, gorgeous walks and plenty of Natural Trust areas.

We are also only 40 mins drive from Goodwood and 45 mins drive from West Wittering beach.
