Cozy, country-house condo conveniently located on the shuttle route between Sugarbush's Lincoln Peak and Mt. Ellen (~1.5 miles from lifts). The property of this 3 bedroom condo (sleeps 8) sits at the trail head of the Mad River Trails, offering easy access for outdoor activities (biking, cross-country skiing, etc..).

The entry level 2nd floor has a mudroom, full bathroom and two bedrooms (1 king and 1 queen). Below on the 1st floor there is a washer/dryer, 2nd bathroom, and sizable kids room with two bunk beds, and a single bed. The top floor provides a spacious living room w/ gas fireplace, 50inch television, couches, dining area, kitchen and two deck with lounge chairs.

Outside provides a heated pool (summer only), large field and tennis courts with a basketball (summer only).

During Winter Months the Mad River Valley offers shuttle service between mountains and from condos to the shops at the valley floor. For information about shuttle services please see the following sites.

Great place for ski weekend!

We had a great stay. It’s a nice modern condo that’s clearly well taken care of. Everything was easy and you can’t beat the location for Sugarbush! About a two minute drive to either base area.

We were a group of 8 heading to Sugarbush from PA. The place was ready for us to arrive. After a very long drive it was good to have a place to relax. Lots of paper products beds were comfy and the fireplace was great

Perfect Sugarbush Location

Andrew's property was perfect for our ski weekend and he was a easy to communicate with. The location couldn't be better - two minutes from the base lodge with the option of the shuttle close by. Having the bedrooms on multiple levels made it easy to get the kids to bed while the adults could stay up a little later. The kitchen is fully stocked and there was lots of room for relaxing after a full day of spring skiing.

Dads/Guys Ski Weekend

Pictures do not do the rental justice. Wonderful set up with ample room split across 3 floors.Amazing place to come back to, unwind, watch a football game on the huge TV by the fire, after skiing for the day. And it is truly 3 minutes to base of Sugarbush.

What a great property. We were all pleasantly surprised when we arrived and settled in. The condo is better than the pictures. The host turned on the water and heat for us, which we asked for in advance (due to a late at night arrival). The host also communicated very well with us, and talked us through reigniting the gas fireplace. We cooked, and had everything we needed. There's a shuttle to Sugarbush, but we decided to drive instead (five mins down the road). Definitely a great spot for Sugarbush!

Great location and met basic needs

Pros: Comfy beds with flannel sheets, nice gas stove in living room, large flat screen tv and sofa, lots of windows, well-stocked kitchen with large jar of maple syrup in fridge, proximity to Sugarbush, quick response from owners when we had questions Cons: Couldn't find the binder with instructions for heat, turning on water, operating shower etc., dated interior and erratic heat/very drafty, didn't feel very clean (hair in shower, dust and cobwebs), no towels on bed, no washcloths. Overall we enjoyed our stay. For paying over $4,300/wk it would have been nice to arrive to a warm condo with water on and not have to contact owner.

This condo is super convenient to everything in the area and all ski mountains. The owner is the most responsive! I texted him a bit and he immediately got back to me about everything! The condo is a bit dated but everything else about it was great! It is spacious, the gas fireplace was lovely and throws off much needed heat, the lower space is great for kids (even the 22 year olds that we had there), there were lots of games with which we played and the kitchen had everything for cooking meals. I highly recommend this condo! We look forward to staying again any time of the year!

Nice condo great location.

A dozen members of our family visited VT for a family reunion. There were no places available at the hotels so we tried VRBO. This place fit our needs for our party and other family members stayed at a different VRBO property. Communication with the owner was excellent via email and phone/text. We had a minor issue which the owner was contacted about and he sent to property maintenance for correction. They also communicated directly with me. The issue was addressed and we enjoyed our weekend. I would recommend it to others.

Condo in great location on a great mountain! Andrew the host was always available for any questions. Place was immaculate with all the extras, plenty of space for everyone. Super close to mountain and a short drive Waitsfield/Warren. Couldn’t ask for a better location! Would def come back for a long stay!

Perfect stay and location!

We were 2 families (8 people, including 4 kids) who stayed here for 4 nights. We loved it - it was perfect for us. The location was fantastic, only a 5 min drive to Sugarbush (or you could take the bus but we didn't bother). The living area was much bigger and brighter than it appeared in the pictures, with a huge sectional and tv, and a pretty view. There were tons of games, netflix, etc to keep the kids (and grown ups busy) :) The beds were all super comfortable, with cozy flannel sheets and duvets. And the bunk room was perfect for 4-5 kids. Although the kitchen was small, it has everything you would need and more - coffee maker, grinder, waffle maker, crock pot, etc etc. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Andrew's place to anyone!
