Newly renovated house, conveniently located within 2 miles of TIEC. Quiet, country setting surrounded by farmland. Easy access to highways for a 45-60 min drive to Greenville/Charlotte/Asheville airports and surrounding tourist attraction in those cities. Area attractions such as Chimney Rock State Park and Lake Lure are within 20min of home. Equestrian riding trails, hiking, golf courses, and many other attractions are close by.

Home is exceptionally clean and free of clutter with an open floor plan and lots of natural light. Fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Washer/Dryer. Bedrooms are spacious with large walk-in closets. 2 Queen beds, 1 double, and a sleeper sofa for a comfortable accommodation of 8 people. New patio area and large parking area that allows for trailer parking and turn around. Wifi/DVD/Dish

So close to TIEC!

This place is a great location for when you’re showing at TIEC - just an 8 minute drive! The house is super clean and there is plenty of parking space (we drive a big pick-up). Lots of nice towels and the beds are very comfortable.

Country living

The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. When we arrived there were only 2 fire alarms in the entire unit and one of them had been dismantled. There were some other minor issues as well but all were taken care of immediately once we notified the hosts. This unit is a double wide mobile home and not a house and I think that that should be included in the description. Although it is an older unit, everything was very clean and neat. The property is lovely but is in a remote area surrounded by pasture land. Several times the neighbors cows escaped from the field next door and were happy to migrate onto our front lawn during our stay. A call to 911 and to animal control brought the farmer out to herd the cows back into their pasture. It was quite entertaining. All in all, the hosts were very helpful and the property and unit although not elaborate was safe, clean and acceptable.

Decent place to stay - quiet neighborhood

Property is well located if visiting Tyron Equestrian center. It was a bit of a drive to all the other attractions in the area such as Chimney Rock. We had a few plumbing issues but property owner got them fixed promptly.

We needed something super close to TIEC and this delivered. We weren’t looking for plush accommodations - just a place to sleep really as we were at the center 7am to 7pm daily. This was perfect for what we needed.

The Best Christmas Gift Ever!!

It was much better than I expected!! What a beautiful home!! This is a home away from home. Our experience was absolutely fantastic. I am truly at a loss for words in trying to explain what a great time we had. The kids were able to play outside and breathe that fresh mountain air each morning. A clean and beautiful home with all amenities. We just had to purchase food. This is a definite getaway from city life!!!

Perfect stay for our family. It was restful and quiet. We enjoyed the great front lawn and the grill on the back patio. Lots of large closets for storage of those extras you bring with you. Would definitely stay again.
