Villa situada en la parte alta de la urbanizacion.
Zona muy tranquila . En la calle paralela se encuentra un local con restaurante, bar, pista petaca, pista futbol, baloncesto etc..
El centro comercial con todas las necesidades se encuentra solo a 2 km., La playa tan solo a 3km.
Solo a 20 minutos de Port aventura, y a 30 minutos de Tarragona.
Un sitio especial para relajarse con la familia o bien hacer varias actividades, acuaticas, training , etc..
Las horas extras al horario establecido tienen un coste de 10€/h

Schönes, ruhiges Anwesen mit vielen Ausflugszielen in der Gegend

Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage, schön für einen Spaziergang, Restaurants in der Nähe. Es war Kaffeepulver, Geschirrspülmittel, Taps für den Geschirrspüler, Lappen, Schwamm und Seife vorhanden. Die Küche ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns persönlich hat ein Staubsauger gefehlt und wir konnten nicht gut auf den Betten schlafen, aber da ist jeder anders. Leider scheinen nicht alle Mieter gut mit dem Inventar unzugehen. Manche Renovierungsarbeiten hätten sauberer oder schöner ausgeführt werden können. Die Vermieter sind sehr unkompliziert und nett. Sie haben uns sogar einen Pudding vorbeigebracht. Der Pool wurde regelmässig kontrolliert und es jedes mal vorher angemeldet.

Prima villa voor uitstekende prijs

We verbleven in deze villa in juli 20024 met 6 volwassenen (gezin met 4 volwassen kinderen). De eigenaren hebben gebruik gemaakt van een geweldige fotograaf. :) We hadden een geweldige vakantie. De villa is netjes, schoon en heeft goede bedden. De airo was bijzonder prettig. Het zwembad was ruim genoeg. We hebben erg genoten van onze vakantie. Wel is de villa in werkelijkheid minder groot dan hij lijkt op de foto's. Geen probleem. Hij is nog steeds mooi en groot, maar gewoon minder groot dan we dachten (maar wat wil je voor deze prijs?). De beheerder is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en reageert direct op vragen (over wat voor onderwerp dan ook) via whatsapp. Doordat hij gebruik maakt van een vertaalapp, kun je in elke taal communiceren. Een paar hele kleine puntjes: - Op de Nederlandse site was niet vermeld dat bedlinnen en handdoeken niet bij de prijs zijn inbegrepen. Hou daar rekening mee! Ze zijn wel te bestellen tegen geringe meerprijs. - Voor een 8 persoons huisje is het jammer dat er maar 4 bedjes rond het zwembad staan. In de directe omgeving is niet veel te doen. Een auto is dus een must.

Vacances agréables

La maison est belle, spacieuse et bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, à notre écoute et sont très réactifs quelque soit notre demande. La piscine est très agréable et bien entretenue. Nous avons passés 15 jours très agréables en famille (6 adultes et 2 enfants).

Superbe villa dans un quartier résidentiel très calme, très propre à l’arrivée et assez bien équipée ! La piscine est parfaite pour se rafraîchir et très bien entretenue. De plus les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, nous avons vraiment passé un très bon séjour !

Fin de semana increíble

Empezamos siendo un grupo de 4 compañeras de trabajo que necesitábamos desconectar un fin de semana. Se nos acabaron sumando dos compañeras más y no hubo ningún problema por parte de Esther a la hora de dejarnos más ropa de cama y toallas. La casa es preciosa, tanto por dentro como por fuera, bien cuidada y eso se nota. No conocíamos la zona, pero estamos seguras que repetiremos más pronto que tarde :)
