The village is really nice and quite with a wonderful sand beach .
It is really well equipped with shops and many facilities like banks,restaurant, market...
From the apart you can reach the beach with only 5 min on foot .
The owner has got a beach bathhouse so you can reserve your deck chairs directly to him.

Kommunikation,Ankunft,einchecken,ging alles proplemlos.Die Wohnung ist top gepflegt,hat eine Terrasse auf der man Abends sitzen kann. Ausgestattet ist die Wohnung mit allem was man so benötigt.Die Gastgeber sind super nett.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

abbiamo soggiornato presso l'alloggio di Emanuele l'ultima settimana di settembre. la posizione è perfetta per chi come noi vuole girare l'isola. Procchio è un paesino in cui potete trovare diversi bar e qualche negozietto, e la spiaggia di sabbia è molto ampia. l'appartamento è molto comodo e ben curato, la cucina è ben fornita e il terrazzo perfetto per passare le serate all'aria aperta a mangiare o bere qualcosa. la zona in cui è situato è vicina al centro ma isolata in mezzo al verde, bellissimo! i proprietari abitano vicini, e in caso di bisogno si sono dimostrati sempre disponibilissimi. che dire, assolutamente consigliato! grazie ancora per averci ospitati :)

ottima vacanza in tranquillita´

Abbiamo trovato l`appartamento proprio come era descritto nel sito . La zona tranquilla con tanto verde attorno e con bella vista. Locali non climatizzati , ma ventilati e freschi con fantastica veranda. A due minuti a piedi al piccolo centro con negozi, bar e ristoranti e a seguire si e`subito alla spiaggia , che si trova sia atrezzata che libera. La struttura a conduzione familiare molto accogliente e disponibile. Grazie a Emanuele e Silvia.

Fabelhaft, wunderschon, einfach super!!!

Alles war fabelhaft, der Ort Procchio, der Unterkunft bei dem Eigentumer Emanuelle. Die Wohnung ist sehr schon und praktisch eingerichtet, Terrasse ist gross mit schonem Aussicht ins Grune, es st nicht weit vom Centrum und Meer. Die ganze Familie des Eigentumers ist liebevoll, kommunikativ, hilfsbereit. Wir waren wirklich begeistert. Auch die Lage des Procchio ist vorteilhaft, weil liegt im Herz des Insels und sehr Nah von dem Hafen Portoferraio. Wir empfehlen das!
