Five Mile House Barn is a detached, Grade II listed property resting on the outskirts of Cirencester. It comes with three bedrooms, comprising of a ground-floor twin with en-suite wet room and two double bedrooms which are served by a bathroom with shower over bath, basin and WC, sleeping a total of six people. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside, there is off-road parking for three cars and a garden area with BBQ and furniture. Five Mile House Barn is an outstanding base for exploring the Cotswolds.

Amenities: Oil central heating, underfloor heating and 2 x woodburning stoves. Gas Range cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, TV with Freeview and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stoves inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for three cars. Bike storage. Gravelled courtyard area with furniture and BBQ. Three well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. There is wheelchair access is to the rear and to the front of the property. Pub within 3.6 miles, shop within 7.5 miles. Note: Some road noise is to be expected. Note: Suitable for those with mobility issues, if a perch stool is required please advise upon booking for this to be arranged. Please note: This property only accepts short breaks in January, February, March, and November.
