The "Hibiscus" apartment, modern and comfortable, is located less than 80 metres from the beaches of<br>nd Cannesisa. It is ideal for guests who wish to enjoy a pleasant and relaxing holiday near the<br>sea.<br>The apartment, which is cool and bright and equipped with all amenities, features 3 double bedrooms with<br>a safe, 2 bathrooms with showers, and a spacious living room with a kitchenette, which opens directly onto the<br>barbecue area.<br>All rooms are air-conditioned, and the windows are equipped with mosquito screens.<br>Front of the house:<br>A large, shaded outdoor area equipped for relaxation, with a hot/cold shower, furnished with<br>a large table ideal for socialising outdoors.<br>From the terrace above, which overlooks the sea, you can relax and enjoy the view of the surrounding landscape<br>.<br>Within the property, which features three residential units—including “Hibiscus”—guests have access to<br>a shaded area equipped with an outdoor kitchen featuring a gas grill, refrigerator, oven, and<br>barbecue area.<br>The house is located in Torre delle Stelle at Via del Centauro No. 45/47<br>Ample parking in front of the house.<br>Useful Information<br>Torre delle Stelle is one of Sardinia’s largest holiday villages, with approximately 1,400 villas.<br>It is a well-equipped holiday destination, situated in a strategic location that allows you to easily reach<br>all the tourist destinations in southern Sardinia.<br>The resort features a Crai supermarket and the “Palmira” bar-restaurant-pizzeria-market, where you<br>can purchase local products and specialities from our region.<br>Other dining options include: the “Il Saraceno” bar-restaurant-pizzeria, which also houses a pharmacy,<br> “L’Acquarium,” and the “Le Terrazze” pizzeria.<br>Not far from Torre delle Stelle, the “Sa Mendula” agritourism is recommended for its quality, price, and<br>hospitality.<br>In the village, in addition to the beautiful Cannesisa Beach, there is the charming Genn’e Mari Beach.<br>Both feature beach clubs with kiosks that offer food service and<br>evening entertainment during peak season.<br>In Torre delle Stelle, there are basketball courts, tennis courts, and football fields.<br>The church is located at the entrance to the village.<br>Just 5 km away by car are the beautiful Solanas Beach and the stunning coves of Porto<br>Sa Ruxi. Continuing on, you’ll reach Villasimius, a renowned tourist destination in southern Sardinia, as well as Costa Rei and<br>Castiadas.<br>Upon request, we can arrange transfers to and from Torre delle Stelle and excursions to neighbouring towns.<br>You can also book relaxing massages and boat and dinghy trips.<br>Access to the property and important information<br>There is a flight of stairs within our property that connects the various apartments.<br><br>The apartment is accessed from Via del Centauro. To reach the apartment entrance, you’ll cross a private lot where there are steps leading up to the house.<br><br>We recommend that guests with mobility issues take the flight of stairs into consideration before making a reservation.<br><br>We’re available to provide further details or clarification regarding access to the house.
