Very cute flat, nicely decorated! Bea was a great host friendly and helpful! We loved the guide that she provided as it was REALLY comprehensive! Made the check in smooth and fast!I discovered a side of Paris that I didn't know and that is definitely worth seeing as it's really Parisian elegance at its best!!!Hoping to come back soon!Thanks for the gifts!!!

Great location

My daughter and I stayed there for one night. It was great because we were able to drop off our luggage early in the morning and tour Paris for the day. Bea was very clear with all of the instructions on how to get in, etc. We would definitely stay there again! Also, the neighborhood was very nice and safe.

Location was fantastic, communication from the host was excellent and check in was easy. However, the property was not particularly clean, especially considering the price and 150 cleaning fee charged. Heard a lot of noise from the appartment above including dragging furniture late at night, arguing, and using the toilet. The sofa bed was particularly small and uncomfortable.

Perfectly located

The location was perfect. The apartment was clean and fully equipped with everything needed. The heated floors were a treat after all day walking in cooler weather. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Paris, great for family, couples or singles. C’était super.

We were supposed to have air conditioning and when we got there we didn’t have it. They delivered a unit later but we were out. The next morning I called and they said they couldn’t get in the unit so we had to haul it from another unit. It was large and awkward. However, later they n our stay they took a fan from our unit so they could get in. Shower door is very moldy and bedroom floor was a bit dirty. Location is good close by 2 metros and shops etc close by

Positives: The apartment is located in a very safe neighborhood. Communication to check in and out was perfect. The washer and dryer were super helpful. Bed and pillows were comfortable.Negatives: I tried to get a hold of the owner once we got in about the air conditioning system and she never responded. (Reached out via VRBO, texted her, and sent her an email through her web page.) The bathroom had mold in the corner, the drain in the shower was backed up and the cups for the toothbrushes were not clean. There are no condiments, so bring salt and pepper etc.

This apartment is in a great location, an easy walk to several attractions, such as the Grand Palais, the Musée d’Orsay, and the Musée Rodin. It’s also handy to lots of restaurants of all kinds, and to food stores and pharmacies.There were some issues, though. The apartment is small, smaller than it looks in the pictures; it would be pretty awkward for more than one person, or maybe two. It’s also a bit dingy, and needs some refurbishing; at a minimum, a fresh coat of paint is sorely needed. The TV is so small that you can’t really see it properly from the sofa. It was also unclear how to navigate its menus, and there were no instructions. Furthermore, all of the input ports had been removed from the TV, and you couldn’t connect an iPad or whatever. There was an HDMI cable hanging from the wall, but I was unable to get a picture on the TV through it. And the WiFi is very weak. The only items in the bathroom were shampoo and a couple of small pats of soap. I was only given one towel, a bath towel; there were no hand towels and no bath mat. I’ve never seen such niggardliness in this type of rental.As a result of all this, I found it hard to be very comfortable there.

Très bon endroit, mais..

La propriété est superbe, le lieu est magique et l’appartement est bien (petit mais très très efficace). Le rapport qualité/prix à l’air assez mais il ne l’est pas car nous nous trouvons dans l’un des quartiers les plus beaux de Paris. Je n’ai trouvé que deux petits bémols : le chauffage n’est pas très puissant (j’ai essayé d’augmenter un maximum la pièce). Et, je n’ai pas réussi à mettre la télé et à activer le wifi, pourtant j’ai essayé plusieurs fois. C’est dommage.

Je suis heureuse que le séjour vous ait plu ! Désolée pour les petits soucis. Il fallait me le dire sur le moment pour résoudre le problème car le WiFi, la TV et le chauffage marchent très bien en temps normal ! À une prochaine fois j'espère !
