This lovely modern ground floor apartment, sleeping up to 4 guests, offers private parking in a secure underground car park with lift access to the property. It has 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin both with plenty of cupboard space. The twin bedroom has an ensuite shower room with shower toilet and wash hand basin and there is another separate bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and toilet. A well equipped kitchen offers electric oven and gas hob, frige freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer. There is plenty of cookware, glass cutlery and china provided for visitors wishing to cook at home. The large comfortable sitting room is furnished with comfortable seating for 4 including a sofa bed for the flexibility of accommodation. A TV with DVD player and a CD player have been provided for guest entertainment as well as free WiFi. The apartment is wheelchair accessible, but the there is a step up to the shower, so please call for more information before booking if you have special requirements
We do not meet our guests at their apartments, but they can collect keys to the property from a nearby key safe. We have a 24 hour emergency telephone number which you will be provided with 48 hours prior to your arrival date in case you have any problems out of office hours
Annandale Street is situated just off of Leith walk close to the fashionable 'Broughton Village' area. The apartment is only 10 minutes walk from the East end of Princes Street and is close to The Edinburgh Play house, the multi screen Omni centre and a wide selection of bars and restaurants. Broughton Street is Within 5 minutes walk of the property and the area offers a wealth of interesting cafes, bars and restaurants as well as a choice of lovely independent shops and galleries selling gifts, cards, clothes and artwork. There is an award winning butcher (the perfect place to buy haggis!) a traditional family run fishmonger called 'Something Fishy' and a selection of great delicatessens and health food shops.
The apartment is only a short walk from York Place where you can pick up a tram to and from the airport and there are also good and frequent bus services from the Leith walk. Waverly Station is 12 minutes walk away
Arrival time is from 3pm but we can sometimes allow earlier check in on request. Departure is by 11am but a later check out can sometimes be arranged so please ask if you have special requirements.
No pets and no smoking please. Please note that you are in a residential area and we ask you to respect the the local inhabitants and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm and before 8am.
