Beautiful Apartment 5 mins from the beach

A well presented apartment very close to Playa Cabo Cervera and La Mata beach. Kitchen and dining area are open plan with a good sized seating area. There is also a balcony that overlooks the sea, With 2 double bedrooms and a spacious bathroom, there is plenty of space for a family. The beach has many beach bars and walking along the beach there is La Mata and all it's lovely restaurants. Taxis are plenty if you wish to venture into Torrevieja. The communal pool has recently been renovated and is only a stone's throw away from the apartment. There is a steep walk back up from the beach.

Happy stay in Torrevieja

Property was well situated, light and airy. I felt comfortable and safe. Area was lovely as were the neighbours. Everything was easy to use. There were a couple of glitches but the Property manager was friendly and accessible. Nothing was a hassle and I felt at home. The toilet seat was cracked but it was easy enough to change. The p.m. offered to reimburse me but I didn't mind doing it - a small price to pay. I would definately book again. Thankkyou

The location was perfect, short walk to beach and restaurants. The pool was good and flat itself was nice too.The reasons we did not give 5 stars was, because the flat good have been cleaner, few dead cockroach and the couch was dirty. Shower was inconvenient to use at it was leakin water on the floor.Also there was written on the info page, that the checkout is at 11, so we had pre arranged our taxi to pick us up at that time. Week before our holiday we got a message from the owner, that we need to be out of the flat by 10am, which caused inconvenience as we had to change our transport arragements. And because of that we were offered a Hamper, which we never got?Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Apartamento tranquilo, lo malo para ir a la playa, una costereta interminable.... el ama de llaves y el hombre que llamo por telefono, nada de Español, y encima me cuelga, la piscina muy bien quitando de familias que hacian alli su vida, comian, merendaban.... casi todo el dia alli, tenian hasta su zona con las hamacas que nunca se llebavan a sus casa... bueno, son cositas que se pueden pasar, hemos estado trankilos y muy bien, se esta agusto

Muy buena elección

El apartamento es bonito, está limpio y cuidado. Las camas y el sofá son muy cómodos, lo cual es muy de agradecer. Tiene aire acondicionado en el salón y ventiladores de techo, es un bajo y está muy cerca de la piscina de la urbanización, que es fantástica. En la calle de arriba hay comercios y restauración y la playa está a escasos 10 minutos andando pero hay que bajar (y luego subir, claro) una cuesta muy pronunciada. Como aspecto mejorable, le falta en la cocina algún espacio para guardar la comida no perecedera y, sobre todo, algo de menaje como tijeras, utensilios para cocinar o servir, cafetera... La tostadora no funcionaba y el fregadero tiene dos grifos independientes, lo cual hace muy incómodo fregar la loza. Nosotros somos cuatro, con dos niños pequeños y comíamos y cenábamos casi siempre en casa, por lo que esto nos ha resultado un poco incómodo. Por otro lado, hay algunas imprecisiones en el anuncio: no tiene plaza de garaje, hay que aparcar fuera del edificio, aunque suele haber sitio, y tampoco dispone de secadora. En cuanto el propietario, la comunicación ha sido muy fluida y rápida durante todo el proceso y, lo más importante, tuvimos un problema con el agua caliente (se estropeó el termo) y lo gestionó para que nos lo arreglaran rápidamente. En resumen, ha sido una estancia muy agradable, nos han gustado tanto la zona como el apartamento y no descartamos repetir en un futuro.

Nos ha encantado. Tanto por la ubicación, situación y limpieza del apartamento. Piscina de tamaño muy adecuada para la urbanización. Urbanización cerrada, muy segura para niños. El anfitri@ muy simpátic@ y educad@. Volveremos sin duda. Hemos quedado encantados.

Ha estado muy bien

Ha estado muy bien tiene algunas cosillas pero como casi todo apartamento tipo de utensilios de cocina y vitro la nevera vieja las almohadas lo más incómodo luego tenia bueno el aire acondicionado y piscina cerca d la playa aunque es una cuesta abajo nosotros bajábamos en coche porque cargados sino un poco mal

We have always loved our Spanish holidays, and dreamt of owning an apartment. So we luckily had the opportunity just after the lockdown of 2020!
We by chance booked a short break to view many properties and areas, as soon as we reached this area, we knew it was the one!
We want other families to share this lovely place and make happy memories.

Why they chose this property

This area is central to enjoy the beach as well as the close towns of Torrevieja and La Mata. From the balcony you can gaze out to the beautiful blue sea and watch the boats sail by. There is pretty much something for everyone's likes. There are shops, bars, restaurants, markets and of course plenty of beaches. There are water parks within a five minute drive as well as the bigger shopping centres. La Mata square has a Summer programme full of a variety of entertainment. Torrevieja offers lovely seafront restaurants, ice cream bars as well as a nightlife for those that want to party!
The weather is amazing and you are guaranteed sunshine from April through to October, which means the beach is the perfect place to be. There are beach bars, massages, yoga classes available as well as paddle boards and peddalos for more adventurous people!

What makes this property unique

As you drive down the road towards the apartment you see the most sparkling sea scene with a bright blur sky. The apartment blocks are quiet and family friendly. The pool is a mere step away from the apartment. It is refreshing and fun. There are many opportunities for that swim early in the morning!
We have a new bathroom fitted for 2025, recently decorated and a new AC unit - all to make everything comfortable for our visitors.
A few minutes walk takes you to the beach and there are restaurants with every cuisine within walking distance as well as the bus stop to take you on your adventures.
